  • This is a 2005 Bombardier CRJ900 (N939LR) operated by Mesa Airlines as a contractor for American Airlines taking off and landing from Dallas/Ft. Worth TX to Birmingham, AL. The CRJ900 is a 76 passenger regional jet and is powered by two GE CF34-8C5 high-bypass turbofan aero engines. The beginning picture of the aircraft is provided by Tweed Mythbusters. The interior of this plane was really worn out and quite dirty, there was no more cushion left in the seat so it felt as though you were sitting on plywood.
