I have a family member who does the same thing. That's why I am a minimalist. I don't want my children to have the burden of getting rid of my stuff. Stay strong you will eventually get it cleaned up. Hope you are doing ok.
Hoarders brains dont think like that, they dont think of how it affects others they can only focus on the stuff. We're slowly making progress. Im not doing very well mentally if I'm being honest. Not just because of that, just overall. I'm trying to take it one day at a time.
If you were closer I would take the mowers and snowblower. My hobby is working on small engines. Is there anyone in your area that collects metal? Sometimes an easy way to get rid of it.
There's a lot of usable stuff that have value. Maybe do a yard sale with all that's there now, let other people take/buy from you. And that should get rid of a lot of that stuff. Less dump runs.

We've had 2 yard sales and did pretty well, the rest we're still bringing to donate or to the dump. Still a work in progress 😕
