- The heat finally broke enough to get outside and do some much needed yardwork! Hanging out with Chloe, work, and then an eye appt. Anyone else ever randomly see rainbow halos with slight fog??

Thanks I'm trying. For a while I've felt that I've lost my spark and dont have much good to vlog about, so I switched to just makeup videos instead. Beginning of the year I was getting a makeup video out almost every week, then I started working 2 jobs again and that put a halt to that.

I just found your channel today. The first video I saw was about you competing for wellness. I then saw the video about your Dad passing. I am transitioning from a bikini competitor to a wellness competitor and my sister died a few months ago. It’s been very hard. My goals seemed to fall to the floor. She and I were going to compete together someday.

Last month, decided to continue my journey and compete next year. The focus helps me not be overwhelmed with grief. I’m not sharing this to recommend that you do the same. I just wanted to say that you’re not alone and I am so encouraged to see you share your story.💛

Thank you for your kind words I really appreciate it. It's been tough and I'm just now starting to get moving again. Even when i am down, and even when I cant bring myself to go, the gym is something I think about every single day, so I know that I am being called to do it. I definitely want to get back into it and I definitely will vlog when I do 🙂 thank you again for the support and encouragement, and good luck to you on your journey!!!
