Yep true. The song made more impact and will make more impact knowing that Koji Wada's legacy lives on even after all the versions.

I'm 27 years old female. Although I am already married, I still miss my childhood days watching anime and reading manga. My eldest son took a liking to Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh! I feel accomplished because those two are his fave anime..my daughter also watches anime but somehow she likes Attack on Titan, Inuyasha, Genesis Evangelion. Whoops!

Digimon gets a bad wrap for being a “Pokémon rip off” and while I wouldn’t argue that entirely, I don’t think that should take away from what it is.
Watch digimon adventures and the tri movies. They’re a wonderful experience.

Dude, I'm 31, and didn't even listen to this song that much compared to other Digimon favorites. Had it play randomly from a playlist, and immediately got the shivers for several seconds. Such is the power of good memories.

This anime will always be on my heart, i first watched adventure when i was 5 or 6, i feel amazingly nice seeing that both me and the digimon's cast has grown up, it is the anime that marked my life since i was a child, and i'm sure it'll continuously mark me 'til the end. I'll never forget butterfly, thank you, Koji.
I sometimes autoplay this song thanks to YT but for the first time after so long, I can't stop my eyes from crying. I've heard both of the separated versions already but hearing it simultaneously on my headphone forced me to pause my work, and appreciate this work. Thank you very much dear kind Sir

Digimon was the first anime I was obsessed with so to see it barely standing on their two feet is filling up some kind of gap in heart for some reason
This song is my childhood's anthem... Digimon was my world back then, and silly-young me was convinced the world really was in danger.
I would put every ounce of me into singing this song everytime it aired... and, well, things haven't changed much since then. I still do! haha

ok ill tell you a tale here back when phones had polyphonic ringtones and i searched digimon and i got this(butterfly) now my region got the more western intro so i was so confused
fast forward several years to tri and i watched a few episodes and then just stopped the vid to think i know i have heard this before but where when the little grey cells finally clicked i was really happy not only did it clear up a really old mystery ( did it have the wrong label perhaps) but i got introduced to a much better theme song
