Our culture is far too entertaining I cried all throughout, Congelese aunties and uncles are profoundly entertaining and amusing. Despite the entertainment this was a beautiful celebration. Congratulations to you both.

I suggest that reuploading this the 2nd time with subtitles will complete the pleasure of this experience. I actually preferred that it was a it bout English subtitles here because we could interpreted the love and joy.

Yeah it's part of the traditions! Basically, the groom's family have to give some money to the anties so they can let them in😂! That's the best part for me😂
I think that's the part where they negotiate the bride price... there is also alot of play and teasing involved.
It's a way to ask the way in for the fiancé family
We do this in Ghana too 😂
It's basically the opening of the door, so the grooms family has to pay for them to be allowed inside. If the aunties are satisfied with what is being given at the door then they'll allow them in

This is beautiful. Congratulations to you both. I also didn't understand a word that was said, but I knew exactly what was going on. South African cultures have very similar procedures too. From the play fighting at the beginning, to lining up all the daughters, to the bride agreeing we do all of that too.
