Thank you all for watching, and wishing all a great day!
Hi Kirk, like your channel very much. Thanks for all the awesome videos.
Where can we buy the BMI acrylic stucco and their primer. I'm in San Jose (California) area. THANKS
Westside building material in Oakland.
Kirk you rock man. Thanks for all your great tutorials. 👊
No problemo my friends.🍻
Is the coat you're priming the same as if you were doing traditional stucco? My contractor mentioned adding a woven fiberglass mesh.
Have you ever used STO products, I'm doing a job out here in the springs & I love it, its a great product
Hi Ernesto Gomez, yes I agree sto products are really good.
best wishes,

Kirk, so what are the extreme advantages of acrylics over cementitious color coats? did you cover that in a different video?
Mike
its there Kirk BMI , I found it .. TU mean thumbs up .
Evening Peter, o.k. I Googled BMI to, nothing came up.
what does TU stand for?
You know I'm not a hip dude.
Have a good evening, Kirk giordano Plastering
Evening Mike, advantages of acrylics are they flex when the house moves and are water resistant for a long time, but cost on average 3 to 4 times as much for the material plus they are more difficult to apply.
All homes move with say three months of rain, vibrations such as traffic, window and door slamming and such. Cementitious finishes although maintenance free are porous and can hairline when the base coat moves also when wet will darken.
Thanks for watching,

Google BMI to . TU Kirk nice job.
What is the name of the primer you use for this specific acrylic
Hello, the acrylic stucco in this video is BMI so they make their own primer. We ask that they tint the primer the same color as the Acrylic stucco. Eash acrylic company sells their own primer with their acrylic stucco.🤙
The original finish was done with a plastic float not green float.... it's very visible when the camera zooms in...
Howdy Jose, doubtful as were in California, not the UK. But if it is, it is.🍻
