so true; it's because there is no longer a broad appreciation for music that was produced 60 years ago, so it is doomed to repeat itself in cycles. Electric noise music was debuted 110 years ago, but it was met with violence and rejection. It's all been done in one way or another.

OK its all rather earnest but the rubbish thing about this is not giving any credit to the original artists: The Knickerbockers. That's cheap. And then its not as good - the original was a thing of its time this is moving in to pastiche as it attempts to infuse it with later 60s psychedelia (reminiscent of Shocking Blue?) with a bit of darkness.
Purposely going out of their way to be incredibly horrible…I can only assume.
