These villages are all located in the Var department near Saint-Tropez and Cannes. Var (French: [vaʁ] ⓘ, Occitan: [ˈbaɾ]) is a department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France.
Bagnols en Forêt
Between Frejus (18 km) and Fayence (12 km), 20km from Saint Raphael and 25km from Draguignan.
Bagnols en Forêt is a small hilltop village located in the foothills of the Estérel, on a hill overlooking the Argens valley.
Its location in the countryside between Haut Var and the coast makes it a privileged place to stay to reconcile pleasures of the sea and pleasures of the mountains, while enjoying the charm and tranquility of a small village typically Provencal.

Fayence
32 km. from Draguignan and 25 km from Grasse
Perched on the side of a hill between the sea and the mountains, and set in picturesque Provençal countryside, Fayence is rated highly by tourists.
It has a southerly climate, charming old streets, warm and welcoming inns emitting the aromas of Provence, and even some relics of times past.

Tourrettes
32km. from Draguignan, 27km from Grasse by route D562.
Tourettes, associated with Fayence, is a peaceful village surrounded by broom, d'olive trees and cicadas.
The pedestrian areas are a pleasant place for strolling with shady squares and narrow streets.
There you will discover the Clock Tower, and the interesting architecture of the Tourrettes Castle which has become a convalescent home.

The opening video part of the video is in taken in the Four du Mitan exhibit in Fayence. It is well worth a visit if you want to find out how bread was and is made and distributed. There is a short presentation in english and french and it is free to visit. The presentation is 2 euros. We enjoyed it immensely.
