There's lots of diary tasks auto completed so you dont feel forced to pick regions you dont want and can still conplete diaries. The fill a waterskin with Humidify task is a perfect example

There's literally nothing stopping you from slamming out 99 prayer all at once, the 1m xp cap is for *unboosted* xp, so youd need to dump 16m into the skill before you hit the real cap.

Are you talking about Soul Wars? They removed the cap while he was making the video, and he mentioned that specifically. And if they hadn't, you're very much not understanding how the cap worked. It was flat 1m xp cap. After you redeem 1m xp, you got a message saying you can't claim any more xp for the day. It had nothing to do with boosted vs unboosted xp.
