The game probably treats the half xp drop you get from dealing most damage and the half xp you get from last hit on slayer as 2 different instances of xp, so equilibrium just boosts both halves. Pretty cool

Equilibrium procs twice on slayer because you get half xp for final hit, and half xp for dealing 50%+ damage. Both halves trigger at the same time and both activate equilibrium.

How are you max hitting on core without melee? It doesn't work for me with ranged and diamond bolts, I still hit variable damage on core phase
The core is weird. it considers itself to be the HP of warden when he went down. so with berserk you perma hit your max for the first down. Can axe the core if he goes down with 20% as well.

I think you interpreted the stats wrong there, and it all comes down to how they get that percentage number. I havent confirmed this, but im pretty sure they only count percentage out of people with the region unlocked. One task is an Asgarnia task while one is global task. The percentage of people is relative to who it applies to, which can skew stats.
In this case, say 200k global, that is 600 people who have gotten visage and turned into DFS for .3%. If only 60k ppl took Asgarnia and of the 600 global pulls, only have 360 of them in Asgarnia, then now you see how they got .6% and why the stats make it look like half the people are bleeding points. Will there be a few unfortunate souls that have Asgarnia and dont make it themselves? Sure, but i think the read that it is half the people is misleading
