I slowly came to realize that it is so important, can't even word how important it is, to always act from a place of gratitude to God for everything. Can't ever be too grateful for anything, when I kept my mind on being grateful the bond and connection with God is always strengthed. It's a beautiful thing 😄

It takes two to tango, they say. I try to meet people at the vibration they are at so they can see me better, and then I try to bring them up. Of course, sometimes no matter what you do it won't always work, and I like to find acceptance of that. If I get offended at someone for not returning the positive vibes back, then that's my own lesson to learn. It means I'm being positive for the wrong reason, a personal egoistic gain that may or may not come.

God took me on a health journey through Alopecia. I thought eating healthy healed me, but the eating healthy was part of the process of becoming closer to god to receive the downloads. Through the downloads, god showed me the emotional baggage that was the real cause of the hairloss, as well as showing me where I wasn’t showing up authentically and betraying my soul. Right, don't be caught up in the drama of the "person," i.e. problems. Hone the spiritual practice, coupled with healthy lifestyle/environment, as best you can, and life will take care of itself. I would've liked to have practiced this yesterday, alas, I learn when I learn. .

It’s funny how you mentioned that one cant fake the Universe, this realization struck me on multiple occasions when I was like halfway on the path of waking up, lol. It became very apparent and noticeable that I better change my act in regard to that (faking) aspect, in a none subtle way the Universe made me understand to cut the crap, one does not fool the Universe, if you are stupid enough to try it, which you probably will, you’ll be in for a ride, a draining one… Never in my life did I experience fears as the ones I experienced whilst on the path, like other level scary stuff… lol. I believe it kinda holds a purpose too, for example to break down beliefs which don’t serve you, or to break down the old (mind)software, great video ❤

its like the more i progress the bigger this inner room gets and when im in stressituations where i used to lose myself iam just so aware of that room nothing can really get to me. but i trust that god has many tools up his sleeve to make me really learn. i think the first real heartbreak is always the worst and best. but im ready for more. bring it on.

yeah, as we progress this "checking in" becomes automatic because we are more alligned with this inner presence and you find yourself not being able to do "mindless distractions" anymore because they cant distract that inner awareness. its too awake. it sees it for what it is and therefore you cant enjoy the temporary sleep anymore which is a good thing. means were called to do higher things.
100%. I used to be big on alcohol. Getting drunk now is impossible. I can picture a little alien inside me (men in black) steering the ship and saying wtf are you doing, you know this doesn’t work anymore! 😅 My body feels the physical affects but my consciousness doesn’t waver. Pointless, not enjoyable and man I’m grateful 🙏🏽

Wow that baby comparison is facts, and my soul feels empty no matter how much money I have or what car or desire I thought would fill that void, the only thing that can fill that void is a connection with the almighty creator pure love and awareness.
Persistence is the key that unlocks all doors.
Rigidity will make you stuck until you unstick. That’s the biggest part of my practice, if I get too comfortable with a particular process, I know it’s time to start moving. Thanks for the wisdom, amigo. You’re always spot on.

I walk with god.
Recently i shifted out of a non dual mindset, which in hindsight was forced and rigid. It opened up such relief and flow within. I discovered a personal analogy (like your stadium) of a sail boat. When i check in, I am the sails, God is the wind and the water, and my true self/divine self is the boat and crew. I ease into being the sails. Maybe the sails need to be adjusted, maybe lowered, maybe I can’t feel any wind.. it doesnt matter, i know im still moving even with no seeming perception… I surrender to that! 💛
Hello Cynthia how were you able to come out of the dual mindset and aligned with oneness? I am tired seeing things in a dual way and all the paradoxes and want to experience the so called oneness but I don't how ... could please help and share your wisdom on this matter
@@iuinshine5213 I actually did the opposite! instead of trying to force myself into the non-dual mindset I allowed my human experience to flow and accept the fact that we do live in a dual reality. this in turn actually brought me closer to oneness as it seemed to let go of rigidity and resistance! funny how things work huh!
personally speaking, its a journey and like you I so badly wanted everything to flip and feel this oneness.. but going through the motions of the journey is actually doing that naturally. i think god steps in and really takes care of the things we cant. my only advice is, dont ignore your earthly curriculum, be content and enjoy all aspects and steps of your life/journey!
"meet yourself where you find yourself", is a mantra i use very often!

I honestly don't fully understand it yet. Intellectually yes, yet in real life/ practically I have difficulties. Even with the term relax and surrender I tend to overthink. It's so much easier to let go now .. but I still feel resistance. I want to do "right/good ", see "right/good" , be " right/good " etc. then yet I don't know what is that "right".

I keep trying. I’ve very confused by certain thing that have happened, I have an awareness that is keen enough to pick up some things yet I have no certainty. At 38 I’m very confused at how and why this has transpired.. I ask god for help, wisdom, the vision to be sharper and most of all, protection against what’s purpose is to harm me or my son or those I love.. I hope god sees and cares to let me know at least why and what to do
Omg. Im having a huge realization now that God has been, on purpose, playing my life out a certain way to not hurt me but help me. I’ve been going through dopamine addiction purging slowly and steadily because I suppose God ultimately wants his children to be truly free on the inside, and learn to not rely so much on the world and things in it, but rather on inner knowings and dopamine detox’s.
Also, when God brings his children out of the isolation and dopamine detox periods and seasons, they will genuinely not be as needy and it will really help others be free too. We’re all in this together.

Ive noticed in my life if you achieve a certain level of conciousness or frequency, your perception of people changes drastically. For example if you meet someone or talk to someone on the same frequency level you feel as close to that person in minutes as someone you have closely known for a decade. Its just that you are both in the state of love conciousness where you know everyone is a part of you and the other person knows it as well so you can connect instantly on a level that might take people who live in ego conciousness decades.

It’s always interesting to me that books/videos on spirituality topics be very interesting. At times there a inner divine presence that loves learning about that cause it knows it pointing to either itself or something very unknown to the human mind which we may call “GOD”, or Source. This video right here is really a confirmation of just keep on focusing on that fundamental state of infinite presence that we feel when we first wake up in the morning and through our daily life each day. There’s time where meditation work (which is mind that claiming that it is working) and there’s time you get frustrated that it doesn’t(which is still mind). Many of the "distraught" people are physically injured to where their ability to sleep properly is out of balance and it slowly grinds them down day by day, no matter how positive they attempt to be their physical mind and body becomes frayed over time

The only shift that occurred when I started focusing on "god" is that it completely destroyed my life. I became homeless and have experienced constant starvation for 3 years (I have incredibly severe disabilities and can't work but also don't qualify for disability benefits) The more i trust "god" the more it crushes and abandons me. All i ever wanted was to help people. "god" has done nothing but punish me for it

Yesterday, after weeks of struggling with communication, daily activities, general shot show; I woke up so angry! Had appointment with my car. As I waited pissed off at the world, for the tires to be installed, I get a call.
A dear musician, friend, Angel on Earth was taken out by the rage I felt. Last week my grandson nearly killed a Mona in another auto accident. Three pedestrians have been killed in the past week. Three auto deaths in the past week!

Thanks Brother! I really needed to hear this today. As an autodidact, I'm constantly looking for more knowledge. However, what good is an ocean's worth of knowledge if it's only an inch deep. The slightest breeze causes ripples and disturbances. Instead, we need to be like still waters, which run deep. The deeper within the knowledge we go, the easier we navigate the disturbances, and the more meaningful and purposeful the knowledge becomes.

Whenever I got stuck in the minds / emotions - I would ask myself:
Who is the one that is having all these minds and emotions?
Then I would realize (re-remember) that "i" don't exist - then my consciousness meld back with God / Universe / Presence / Nature in no time - just like how a splash of ocean droplet falls right back into the ocean - losing it's sense of separateness - realizing that it has always been a part of the ocean.

Without our own personal relationship and experience of God, anything anyone else says is good but we only know God as a concept.
