Hcl conducted briefing session where they said about the pre onboarding training and how important is it.Along with they said after the training completion the final assessment will be offline or in-center. Is it same for everyone?

Sir I wanted to know about the LOB I have got in my offer acceptance letter. It is BTIS-R and SE (R & SE) stands for reporting and service excellence. What does it mean? Also I have recieved the bgv mail and have uploaded the docs yesterday. Till when can I expect my joining? 4:02
Sir I got my final selection mail in June itself and those friends of mine who got this selection mail with me on the same day got the percipio training stuff but still I didn't get it yet . What should be the problem or should I wait for the same?

Hello, My HCL online onboarding document status showing "verification pending by the recruiter." and status of Recruiter Clearance & Onboarding Clearance is showing "Pending Approval & Pending".
And i Got my JOINING DATE AND OFFER LETTER AS WELL.
Should I've to go on DOJ? or some formalities I've to do before the DOJ.

So it means you are not selected , bcz after hr interview they send selection male to those who has cleared the hr round. As i have given hr interview on 15 june and i got selection male on 10 july . So they send but only to them who has selected 😊

@navya_4494 yes there is online assesment based on training . those assessment shared after training on your mail in the microsoft form.

Same here. I also got the offer acknowledgement letter mail on July 16. 10 days before I contacted my HR, she told me that the onboarding team will contact me & asked me to wait.
