How long do one have to wait. Before you can refinance a VA loan?

My ex moved 2 hours away with the kids and I had lost all hope on keeping our custody plan until I saw this video. I followed your advice and am closing on a house 5 minutes from my kids on Monday. Thank you

Great advice. I never used my VA home loan. I do wish it extended to service-connected vets living overseas. I'm having to build my own on property I just bought in Asia.

Thank you Scott! I wish they offered an alternative loan for Veterans purchasing overseas. Congratulations on the build!

A lot of us are choosing to live elsewhere. What does that say about where the US is heading today.

@@trplankowner3323 I left the U.S. in 2009, returned to finish a movie I was making, and left permanently in the spring of 2010. I saw the proverbial writing on the wall, politically speaking. It's ironic that in Asia, I have more freedom and less expenses by far, than I did in the United States. In my area, there are many expats, from the U.S. Australia, England, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark and more, most of whom are veterans.

@@scottmollette9483I've considered the Philippines myself, but that was years ago before my conditions got so bad.
I couldn't leave my family anyway. My parents are 87 and 90. They depend on me to help them.
Once they pass, I don't know what I'll do with myself.
I'll probably freeze to death in a refrigerator box during some early winter cold snap.
The nation I served doesn't exist any longer.
The real shame of the matter is that the younger people today are so ignorant that they don't even realize that fact.

Can you do a video on the VR&E benefits? I’ve seen & heard very good things about it & would like further information or guided to the right people to talk to.

builders have no issues with va home loans. If you can wait a year for it to be completed i'd go that route. Because there are a ton of misconceptions about the va loan.

Great question, yes you can. You’ll just need to make sure you’re eligible and qualified before you go into a contract for rent to own.
