    I am 24 year old boy.. I am doing 50 pushups,50 squate and 15 chin ups on every single day.. My posture and confidence level is much more better than before.. I also sleep very well now.. I heard this idea to workout every single day from your interview with Dr. Pal.. Thank you for guiding us.

    Hi I m trying to loose fat since 2 months and I have lost 5 kgs still need 10 kg to loose but now it's getting harder and I m unable to be consistent with work outs coz yrs of crash yo yo dieting have done bad on my body and lots and lots of muscle wasting so I don't have strength nor stemina to do every day workouts

      Hey, you need not workout all 6 or 7 days a week, it's absolutely fine to start even 3days workout a week. Take 1 step at a time, once you are consistent with your training you can slowly start quantifying your food. #Fittrcoach

    I am 41 year old, hard to self discipline myself for physical exercise but failed to so everytime.. I weigh 60 kg .

      Hey, You can start by walking and tracking your step count, try to be consistent and active as much as possible. Once you have that consistency you can get started with workouts. Discipline is something you get adapted over the time. #Fittrcoach
