All my friends refused to share their car for driving training, then suddenly I cheked my bp has risen to 123/80 because of stress. After that I decided to purchase a second hand car and learn driving myself. After 8 months of regular practice, finally I was able to drive it. Now I have a driving license as well. And I am able to drive to office with my own car now.
I climb 12 floor of stairs daily. Quite a workout. Even intermittent stair climbing every day is supposed to increase longevity according to a recent medical journal. (The gold standard is at least 30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity like brisk walking every day, which may be safer for older people with bad knees and people with heart issues than stair climbing).

Women online transformation starter pack: 1) I was abused 2) I had full time job 3) I had to take care of kids Dear it’s your duty to do the other 2. If you give that as an excuse for bad health then something is wrong with your mentality 😂
It’s not wrong to state facts, and some women are more involved as mothers, others may not be. Some mothers don’t work and are able to find time for gym. It’s hard to find a balance. So yes duty or not duty, nothing wrong to tell what the obstacles of your life are. It can motivate others facing the same issue. And MANY working people or mothers actually don’t do any physical exercise giving these exact reasons.. so let her motivate the people who need it
A woman is a HUMAN - the father too is EQUALLY responsible for the child if it’s a FULL-TIME working woman! She was ABUSED - it’s not a small thing ! She had THREE full time jobs, 1 that paid her to take care of the child and her needs, second - all the duties of a home maker without any house help including cleaning, doing dishes, cooking, cleaning the toilet and bathroom, zhaadu - pocha, making tiffin, dropping the child to school and back, helping the child with homework and the child itself - children are naughty and a HUGE STRENUOUS responsibility- a full time job in itself. So it’s very possible that she couldn’t have time enough for fitness, but she still did everything she could. You would NEVER in your lifetime be about to handle so many things at the same time - that too while being an abuse victim and having mental health problems, tensions, physical injuries and what not because of that - baat kerta hai ! I feel bad for the woman you end up with, I clearly see how you will take EVERYTHING SHE DOES FOR GRANTED

See these are the things that get respect. Things that are achieved through working hard. She didn't do it for others but herself. Good job.
Consistency is one factor, next to determination and strength. She diverted her energy to overcome a failed marriage. Nice job! ❤
More power to you, Dolan!!! Well done, I hope you can inspire, and spread this message of hope and success to people from all walks of life. Wish you happiness and fulfilment every step of the way…
Abuse was just a one sided story! It's a common term nowadays

I have been climbing stairs for almost more than 40 years now. Keep climbing 💪
She looks so fit❤ congratulations for Foxconn you and your health 💜
I couldn't find a heavy enough laptop anywhere though 😅
@@savars what's shameful? How heavy do you think a laptop can be ? In a backpack on a shoulder, the weight distribution won't make it feel heavy at all. The way she said heavy was funny. Your stupid response tells so much about you though

Ever heard of Alienware??

Great story. I'm 53 and play sport like badminton almost everyday and enjoy it, diet conscious as I m type2 diabetic, I can surely say health seems better because of these fitness activities.

@@Terahydron yes, it's not a documentary so why should they prove she was abused?
@@turanamo they can claim whatever they want and people can question them as much they like.
Unless you are saying abuse should be used for advertisement
Its disgusting, how the anchor casually put in the phrase 'years of abuse' without giving any context. This is widespread across the social media platforms. Its almost fashionable now to put blame on husbands or inlaws and term them abusers. Especially in the current case where the healthy lifestyle is being promoted, I dont understand the intense need of the so called feminists to term some people abusers! Shame on you @FITTRwithSquats !
Well it's a woman who leaves her house and parents to live with the husband. So majorly husbands and in laws abuse the woman.
If it was the other way around, there would be no such abuse on men by women's parents
It's just for commercial purpose, don't be soft and get affected by a 30 sec vid leave toxic feminists alone, they aint worth ur time

Kudos😊😊😊😊
Lol heavy laptop?? You make it sound like she was carrying a dead giraffe 😂.
First of all i applaud her commitment to transform her life in a positive way. Kudos to her.
However she could have done the same when she was married as well.
Lol did u even see the vid properly? the main reason why she started trying to improve her health is becuz after divorce her health worsened, if not i don't think she would have resorted to fitness
So she built her physique by only climbing stairs ?
Hard to believe
At least have the patience to see the video completely. They are saying right? She also did workout and avoided junk food that too all this she did for 6 months. Are you deaf and blind.?
She has done so much not just climbing stairs Open your brain before finding fault everywhere..You must be saying this while lying on the bed doing nothing .
Factor in the laptop weight - strength training in a compound movement will do the trick in most cases.
She said home workouts too well you don't need equipments to build a healthy and a nice looking body. Body weight exercises are harder😅
We also saw that she started off like that
But now we can see her lifting weights and training people
That heavy laptop got me😢
While watching this channel I thought I am watching NAS daily. Same music style and flow. But soon realized this a new channel. Good presentation.

I have also an inspiring story - I used to go to my office by bus/auto struggling more than 5 kms.
Then I decided to learn how to drive car.
She was just saving her alimony, she worked so hard to get it.

Women online transformation starter pack:
1) I was abused
2) I had full time job
3) I had to take care of kids
Dear it’s your duty to do the other 2. If you give that as an excuse for bad health then something is wrong with your mentality 😂
Women always cry about their self to others to get some sympathy. I have seen this behaviour almost in every women
And MANY working people or mothers actually don’t do any physical exercise giving these exact reasons.. so let her motivate the people who need it
Life must be too easy for you to say that. I hope you could do your duties well dombrik.
A woman is a HUMAN - the father too is EQUALLY responsible for the child if it’s a FULL-TIME working woman!
She was ABUSED - it’s not a small thing !
She had THREE full time jobs, 1 that paid her to take care of the child and her needs, second - all the duties of a home maker without any house help including cleaning, doing dishes, cooking, cleaning the toilet and bathroom, zhaadu - pocha, making tiffin, dropping the child to school and back, helping the child with homework
and the child itself - children are naughty and a HUGE STRENUOUS responsibility- a full time job in itself.
