  • Theta brain waves occur when you’re sleeping or dreaming, but they don’t occur during the deepest phases of sleep. They may occur when you’re drifting off to sleep or suspended in that light phase of sleep, just before you wake up.
Theta brain waves can also occur when you’re awake, but in a very deeply relaxed state of mind; a state that some may describe as “autopilot.” However, if you experience high levels of theta waves while you’re awake, you might feel a little sluggish or scattered.
Experts believe that theta waves are important for processing information and making memories. And, as researchers learn more about how they work and how they’re linked to different types of learning, this knowledge may come in handy when determining the best way to help people learn.
Theta waves have a frequency from 4 to 8 hertz. Humans can't hear a theta wave, and regular speakers can't produce such a low frequency, so the wave is created by playing a slightly different frequency in each ear. The result is a theta wave. For best results, use headphones.

The wave graph shows a compound wave a bit similar to the theta range. But the actual sound as presented in this video is not at all theta. The theta frequency range cannot be heard by humans. So the video is a placebo at best.

If you do a google search for binaural beats you will get a good explanation of how the wave is an illusion created by the brain when you listen to two tones with slightly different frequencies at the same time. That is why you have to listen in stereo. The frequency played on the left side is slightly out of tune with the right side. This creates an interference pattern between the two slightly different frequencies. That interference pattern is a 6 HZ wave. Even large subwoofers can't produce sound below 20HZ, but these interference patterns can be produced using binaural beats.

The human ear can't hear 6 Hz frequency. This frequency is 82,41Hz.
So what's the deal here ???

This is a stereo recording. The right and left channels are producing different frequencies that are slightly out of tune with each other. This results in an additional 6hz wave being created. Suppose for example, that pure tones of 200 Hz and 300 Hz are played together. What will be heard is the tones at 200 and 300 Hz, of course, but also a third tone at 100 Hz. This third tone is the difference tone. If you search for how to create binaural beats you can find additional information about how to do this yourself. Of course it only works when listening in stereo.

his question was no human can hear sound lower than certain limit and that limit is way above the 6 hz so even if it is produced we won't be able to hear it so reply now@@nathanmcmath
