FM broadcast - SBD - KA2XZE-FM The Bunny - Sony WM-FX50 - Sony D8 @ 48k - master DAT
FM transfer: DA-20mkII - HDP2 from master tapes
Aud source: FOB Schoeps CMC6/21-Sonosax SX-M2-Apogee AD1000, trans. Sony R300-optical SPDIF-Zoltrix Nightingale-CDwav-Sound Forge 6.0, mwkact-shn. xACT wav decompressed - upsampled to 48k to match FM source and video.
Matrix mixed and mastered in Pro Tools 10 by Dave Schall
Audio and Video synched and rendered in Sony Vegas 13, mp4., matched to source settings, audio AAC 48k, 256kbps.
** - This VHS 1st gen copy was made immediately following the shows. The master hi8mm video tapes were lost shortly after the shows and this is apparently the only copy that was made, according to my friends who lost the tapes. This is as close as this video gets to those original tapes. All cuts, stops, or dropouts are native to the master tape. The filming is rough, but some of it is really good and captures the essence of being there pretty well.

Place went absolutely fuckin bananas when they dropped that Sabotage. Closest thing I’ve ever seen to a mosh pit break out a Phish show. People went nuts when they played it the 1st time at Merriweather Post, but this took it to another level
I was 24 in 1998 and was at this show. Trey's guitar solo in "Guitar gently weeps" made me cry then and now

My first show. I was just getting into them, so it was actually a tough call at the time to miss seeing the Beastie Boys in Montreal that night. Thankfully my friends and I chose Lemonwheel, AND THEY PLAYED SABOTAGE. WHAT?!

Broadcast shows usually get released later than others due to the pervasiveness of the broadcast audio in trading circles. They rarely release the shows where the board feeds are in circulation, like this one.

LOL!!! I just put this back on after a month and totally forgot about this part until I heard Trey laughing and I busted out laughing again right in the middle of this coffee shop.
