If you had a patient that was post op from a thyroidectomy complaining of the dressing being too tight and a patient was a Na level of 119 which one would you see first. This was a test question, but my school doesn’t allow us to see our exams after a test and I wanted to know if my selection was wrong. I chose the pt with a Na level of 119
Professor D, what about a leukemia patient receiving chemo for the first time against a patient who is a new admit diagnosed with pneumonia who had a 102 fever at admission but after giving acetaminophen, fever is down to 100.0? Would you still see the pneumonia patient first?
Hi Prof will like to ask what do we prioritise in burns pain or electrolyte imbalance. Was actually attending a revision lesson and they said the answer is electrolyte imbalance and on the options there was severe pain. please help me understand

tight dressing due to possible laryngospasms or edema formation because of hypocalcemia that can happen after this type of surgery. Airway 1st!!!
