    Sometimes is not necessarily "rich" per say. Some people take 3 and sometimes up to 4 years to build their dream home through a lot of hard work and sacrifice . It no always happen overnight. The finished product don't always tell the full story

      You have to be rich or so called middle class to build houses like those,weather it takes one or ten years to build.

      @stacyjd2759 Před 5 lety +8

      @@warrenmorgan235 ok, I get you. But what or who would you describe as rich or middle class though? Because from what I observe some of the people we consider "rich" because of house or car are up to dem necks in debt and live from paycheck to paycheck.....trust me. Sometimes it's just access to opportunities or lack thereof. We kinda fixated on calling people rich or poor in Jamaica and that may contribute to some four social mindset. For instance, I know a lawyer who drove a big azz Jeep which he had to pay more than $150k on per month plus he lived in one of those "rich" neighbourhoods but was just renting...meanwhile the paralegals that worked In his Office all owned their own "moderate" homes paying their mortgage, one drove an old beat up car with no monthly payments and the other one tho taking public transport was saving towards a vehicle. These administrative staff had wayyyyy less monthly expenses and owned their own assets in comparison with Mr big jeep from rich neighbourhood. Sometimes it's a state of mind. The situation I just related to you is a REAL one and there are plenty similar ones I'm sure. Mi know mi post long but that's just how I vies things......

Do you know if the government of jamaica have any stipulations in the law where they can require people or real estate companies who are selling these plots for house developments to put in the infrastructures such as roads and maybe underground utilities before they are able to sell these properties for development. Biggest let down!! are the roads. I'm surprise the people of those community allow their roads to remain in such appalling way. They pay bigger taxes and shoud unite and demand better roads.
    The people of JA should also take responsibility for the politrickster poor treatment and neglect in doing better work because they don't demand better and let the politrickster knows why they were voted in.
