Check out the studio version of "Nether", and then check out "Triple Nix and Rocktopus" from Dillon Amphetheater 6/16/22 (you'll see if you go in that order). Check out Phils Farm 07/06/18. Power thru the little bit of country that's in there, you're going to love a part in the middle. The part that you're going to LOVE is all IMPROV (Portnoy did a lot of improv on this set, it was fantastic) Check out Umphrey's covers of ...And Justice for All and Forty Six & 2. The drummer that mike was subbing in for sings those tunes as well (he had shoulder surgery). And then any version of UM's song Bridgeless, you'll dig that. The rabbit hole goes deep, but thats as much as I can fit into a youtube comment. I hope you dig it man!!
@JorgeMartinez-qx8gn also, Dark Brush and Puppet String by UM. Live is always best with UM, but studio will do just fine.

Conduit from 08/17/13... the "song" part of it might not be for a DT fan, but the "jam"/improv part of it... they do this arabian/Egyptian tonality thing that leads into this crazy rage against the machine peak... all improv... get to the middle part of the video, that will carry you to the end, you won't be disappointed.

Those were the days. The light shows back then we're freaking top notch. Jefferson waful was just a beast on lights. Anybody that got to see them back then knows how good that dude was. The band has been on fire since they started and have truly got nothing but better

I went night 2. Absolutely incredible show. Seen Umphrey’s 45 times and that show was top 3 even without kris.
@@davidhogan8572 I've seen them about 25 times ranging from 2009- 2020 caverns being my last show. My favorite was STL NYE or 2012 red rocks when they did that phat ocean billy and had railroad earth with them playing Kashmir. Chills just thinking about the shows.. truly the most talented band in today's scene IMO
