I would like to know how much he actually talks to the players
Because how he treats Media is unique and there is no one better in showing care for the guys and I would wish he is that Dad kinda guy who takes you by your arm with the raised finger and says sth like 'you need to deserve you TOI and I need to make sure you show why I should care but you only let your mates down lately'
But you see the AHL players or those from Europe who worked their asses off but no-one even tells them they are cut from the NHL roster or when they get the chance
Probably an NHL-wide problematic but I see Torts in that sphere and maybe he just cuts players and gives them a shoulder and that's it
