Not one bad song on it. The only way it could have been better was if they'd recorded Talk is Cheap instead of Second Wind. Not that Second Wind is bad, just not as good as Talk is Cheap.
@Kingofthemountain I totally agree I was just pointing out Poison and Mötley Crüe overshadowed cinderella ,and they weren’t better than Cinderella most of those hairbands seem like a bunch of overrated clowns to me
I've always felt the same, although less now than then. In the mid-late 80s Cinderella was popular but not to the extent that bands like Poison or Motley Crue were, at least in the Southeast anyway. Tom had 'em all beat on vocals.
The 80,s were magical!! Kids played out in the streets in big groups of friends, bmx,s rock music from the likes of bon Jovi, Europe, def leppard, Cinderella etc!! You rushed to the record shop with your mates when the albums were released!! You read the lyrics on the album sleeves, listened with your friends!! A golden era that is now replaced with phone/playstation screens and shit music!! Took my 10yr old son to see def leppard live in 2018 and now his hooked on 80,s rock!! And we listen to it all the time xxx
Dont forget that everyone used their lighters at concerts and used real cameras with real flashes that would flicker like stars but now everyone is a zombie behind their phones
I'm 63 years old and remember the first time I seen them in concert. I was hooked and still am today. There's not a day that goes by that I don't listen to them. ROCK ON!!!
This guy still plays most of the bike rallies and still kicks ass. He plays multiple instruments with his band on every show and still has a great voice. One of the most underrated artists of our time.
These guys have always performed as if they were having the time of their lives ... no arrogant-bored-rock star crap...they really connect with their audience. This is one of my fave rockers from back in the day!
Sadly you never lived in the great 80's..Cinderella were such a top notch band..As were so many other of that time era..What the young people have now is nothing but garbage, and all the vulgar rap shit.
So true! I hate what is going on right now! Those 80s bands were melodic and full of energy! I really love those Bands! Like you said..... Sadly i never lived in that great era! Lets bring the good stuff back!

I love this band but they did it to themselves, nobody forced them to call their band Cinderella. I thought that was stupid back in 1986. Not only did they adopt an Aerosmith look , ampted up with glam. Other bands followed that look. Tesla too, terrible band name. Those two bands are prime examples of sacrificing what you need for what you want right now. Outside of Queensryche , the two most talented bands to come out of the 80's. Tesla did not give a flying fuck about the narrative between Tesla & Edison. Yet since they were talked into it by their label they even wrote songs about it. Crazy stuff, shame. At least Tesla stuck to their jeans and T-shirt America band thing. Listen to Comin At You Live the bands they opened for couldn't even play that, not even close. Cinderella were a cool talented blues rock band that sold the fuck out. Shame M
This video was made in Boise ID when they opened for AC DC . I was in the front row and have Jeff’s guitar pick !!!!!!! Yea fucking awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
Back when they still called that building The Pavillion. I seen my first show there, Motley Crue 1991 Dr Feelgood tour. Thanks for the memories dude I love this fuckin video.
Rest in peace Jeff....Long Cold Winter is the first tape I ever bought. I saved my allowance and bought it for $9 in '89....These songs literally made me alive and got me through my hardest days. Shattered right now, but the music will never die! 💖🎸
I've watched this video hundreds of times but this time was different. A hundred different memories of this time hit me and the incredible difference between 1989 and 2020. We gathered in huge numbers to see bands like this, we went to the beach, we gathered at bars, and now that all seems so impossible, at least for now. I look forward to shaking someone's hand, seeing a person's entire face, and being the social being we are all meant to be!! Rock on Cinderella!! 🎸🎶🤘
So many UNDERRATED SONGS on this album. These weren't "metal songs" or "hair band" songs. They were just really good rock songs. Solid writing, solid riffs, good melody. Rock/blues with killer vocals. So sad this type of rock got drowned out by grunge, although I do like some grunge.
"Long Cold Winter" album is still a favorite. I was at this show (b/w crowd shots) at Boise State Pavilion, November, '88! Cinderella opened for AC-DC/ Who Made Who Tour, still going from '86!
Damn I miss the 80s rock..cinderella has to be one of the best rock bands overall and still to this day they are awesome. .ive seen them 8 times live and their music will never ever die
80's KICKED so MUCH ASS! Such a great and criminally underrated band !!!Even though I was mostly a thrash/speed metal guy back in the day, I really liked and continue to love Cinderella. I was at one of the shows featured in the video, in Boise, Idaho. I think they opened up for Poison which I was to faded to rememeber as we were pounding Rumplemintz the whole show, to be 19 again!
yep, that's the band on Bogus Basin road at 2:05 near the Dry Creek trailhead. One of these days I'm going to find a Cinderella sticker and put it on the backside of the slow vehicle turnout sign and commemorate it as the Cinderella turnout.
Tom Keifer is no only one of the greatest rock stars from the late 80's and 90's great era in rock songs but Tom who was born Carl Thomas Keifer is the Coolest guy in Rock Music ever and when you meet him backstage after the show you love him more believe me.

Last summer I went back to my hometown to get married. I was on a hard Cinderella kick that week. The morning of the wedding I went for a swim at my childhood swimming hole. On the way home I had this song on crank. Beautiful, hot, sunny day. The last song I heard before I got married. I always liked the song but now it holds more meaning. I love how music forever reminds you of certain things in life.
My wife always wonders how I can remember the year a song was released (at least within a year). If it was released between 1976 and 1991, those songs takes me to specific place and memory in time. I was 18 in 86. Loved being a seventies and eighties kid what a gift we had. Music, playing outside, swimming , skating , bicycles, skateboards and dirt bikes. Made friends everywhere I went.
If I had to choose... my all time favorite from the entire era... all bands and all songs... The Last Mile would probably be my favorite. We used to run Kearney St in Springfield, MO on a Saturday night in a 4 wd GMC truck and cowboy hats. With Cinderella on 10.

Thank You for the #80s #Rock #Cinderella #Fan
The 80's, the last decade of grear music, no posers here, just great artist who played for the love of great music and even greater fans
If I had to choose... my all time favorite from the entire era... all bands and all songs... The Last Mile would probably be my favorite. We used to run Kearney St in Springfield, MO on a Saturday night in a 4 wd GMC truck and cowboy hats. With Cinderella on 10.
great band.....good memories of jamming out to their tunes back in the glorious 80's!
Good times, great music. Good people
No one can beat the 80 still in ours mind and heart
Bring hair metal and metal back.

I tore out the tape I bought. They really did it for me. I played it at leased once a day driving around in my 78 thunderbird. Loved that car and this band.
Long Cold Winter is such a total badass album. Every song
Moving from D.C. to L.A. in 1980 was fucking amazing..!! Times were really hard and bad, but my am/fm cassette walkman got me thru it all..!! Love and miss those days and nights..!! 80's
