I miss the 80s…Bands with real musical talent and NO AUTOTUNED vocals. I keep hoping this kind of music will resurrect.
YES EXACTLY
Yes, sir
in order to be revived, it would first have to go under, there aren't as many bands as there were in the 80s, but they still exist
It won't, can't recreate a time and culture that no longer exists. But there's a near endless supply of this awesomeness.
I believe it can; nothing is impossible. Impossible just means it hasn't been done before. Miss Tom Kiefer & so many other REAL music Rock bands. Tom Kiefer was born to become so great; I once met Rod Stewart & he straightforwardly told me, 'it's not easy. If it were, we'd all be doing it....' Thus, u have to be born with this extraordinary talent. I had several post on Cinderella, & I have no idea why they were wiped out. I still listen to this REAL music until I die. This was an enormous classic.... Wish u well Tom. Very sad Jeff Labar passed..... Although music can last forever, the artist/people can't. I'm irate my post of Cinderella was mysterious deleted: It was all innocuous posts.
The guitarist you see in this video is Jeffrey Philip LaBar born on March 18, 1963, Darby, PA.. Took flight on July 14, 2021..
Let's remember all the joy Jeff brought us through his guitar playing.
We miss you Jeffrey Philip .... Rock In Peace..
I still have one of his picks from a show in 95. RIP
Well said, I think they opened for Bon Jovi in my island of Puerto Rico can't recall the exact year probably 86,87. Time flies but this song still holds up great, rest easy Jeff..🙏
God Bless Him and I know he has realized how beautiful it is there.Bless you🕊️🙌🤍
That’s actually a misconception
Biggest hair of the 80's!
I miss the 80's back then life was really good.
Sex drugs and rock n roll, what else do you need!
For real
Love. Dumb shts
ME TOO AMEN TO THAT
Amen, and also much simpler and easier to live
I'm still here in 2024.... if only I could go back to the 80s.... don't know what you got!!!!!
Me too brooo
Oh, I bet they are all transitioned by no now in 2024, and looking like old women with men's voices lol
I know I want to go back to the 80s
Correction don't know what we had the best of the best 🩷💚💙🩵💜💛
O, eee..
I'm a 75yo female who still loves and misses hard rock/heavy metal and still cranks my tunes on my car radio❤
keep rocking, lady
Keep on rockin’!!
Of all the times we could have been born I will be forever grateful to have been a teenager of the 80's!
Yes indeed! Wouldn't trade it for anything!!!
Yes I agree the 1980s kicked ass I was in my Teens also and now I'm 54
What memories...the rock bands from the 80's left such an impression. When music and lyrics were real and made sense. WHAT HAPPEN TO MUSIC???
Embarrassing.
What is??
...kinda like that cheesy shit kicking music you listen too huh?
Chris Hood I wasn't even talking to you so pull your panties out. That comment was written for
Matt who claimed it embarrassing but either way it just goes to show you how people are.
I apologize then,i just get tired of people bashing good music,i love all kinds of music as i get older but the 80's were no doubt the best music in my lifetime.Sorry for jumping the gun my friend.
I'm 24 yrs old. I wish I have lived this magnificent era of music :(
I am 13 and feel the same
True
It was great. Everything had so much power and emotion. The men looked like women but acted like men. As opposed to today.
But the beauty of it now is that we can look back at it as a whole and enjoy it in it's entirety!
don't be fooled. there was a lot of crap music music the 80s too
I had the pleasure of being acquainted with Mr. Jeff LaBar during our time as line cooks in a Nashville restaurant, towards the end of his life. As a young man who didn't grow up in the 80s, I loved music of all kinds, but 80s rock had a special place in my heart. It was surreal to work alongside a real-life rockstar, and hearing his stories from life on the road was unforgettable. Rest in peace, bro!
I was there also. Was a prep cook at claim jumper. Met Jeff and thought he was a really down to earth guy. Didn't have a big ego and was easy to talk to.
Interesting!
one of the best rock ballad ever...what an heartbrake...
Don't know why this song is unknown for a whole lot of people, to me is one of the best rock ballads ever 🤟
It is definitely not unknown to the wise. It’s a classic and those that don’t know will learn. It is a a great ballad and I love that they stood up for freedom of speech.
Well said, i meet him the last day for an hour and a half.
I know...love this song. It is like saying Bird was just a basketball player
❤ now this is music to the ears I just love all my older rock and roll and some rhythm and blues and just a little bit of country music but all in all I will choose rock and roll classic anytime to anything else ❤
It’s the only song I remember from the “power ballads” cd commercial 😂
Wow this 49 year old suddenly is 19 again.I Lived/Loved the 80's
Daddy B lucky. I missed out on what I think is the best decade. Born 30 years too late.
Daddy B I'm 18 and I grew up to this music
Cinderella was a mid level hair band from the 80s, but no lead singer from the 2000's can top Tom's voice. Absolutely incredible.
Cinderella was the Best, top-notch, mid-level!!! Tom is the MAN!!
If you ever saw them live, you'd be changing your tune. Mid tier LMAO! They sounded just like the record live.
Yes 2024 still here
Today is my birthday. I just turned 54 years old. I wanted to give myself a very special gift so I chose to listen to this tremendous and unique romantic song inspired by one of my favorite rock bands, Cinderella. Perfectly splendid!🎂💕😘🎶

NOT A SINGLE ONE TODAY SONG CAN MAKE ME FEEL LIKE 80'S MUSIC DID.GREETINGS FROM DEBT RIDDEN GREECE...
MrArisMih Greetings from USA. 80's music was amazing. Most countries are debt ridden but Greek history and culture live on....
MY AMERICAN FRIEND..THOUSANDS OF AMERICAN TOURISTS ARE VISITING GREECE EVEN RIGHT NOW AS WE TALK..I OWN A SMALL SHOP AT A VERY COMMERCIAL STREET..I HAVE A LOT OF AMERICAN CUSTOMERS..THANKS FOR SUPPORTING US.I AM DISGUSTED WITH WHAT EUROPE HAS BECOME..I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE GENERAL IDEA.EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE TOURISTS FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD THAT ARE VISITING MY SHOP..ALWAYS ASK ME.."NOW WHAT?..HOW ARE THINGS GOING ON?..HOW IS YOUR BUSINESS DOING?..ETC..ETC"..AND I FEEL LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN OF THE WORLD.I DON'T BLAIM THEM..THEY REALY CARE..THEY ARE VICTIMS OF THE MEDIA PROPAGANDA THAT NEVER STOPS.BUT I AM ASHAMED YOU SHOULD KNOW..I AM 38 YEARS OLD AND I NEVER HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO VISIT YOUR COUNTRY LIKE YOU DO WITH MINE..INSTEAD I SUDDENLY FIND MY SELF OWING ABOUT 38.000 EURO TO SOME EUROPEAN GUY THAT KEPT ME ALIVE..YOU KNOW GREECE OWE 380 BIL EUROS TO EUROPE..WE ARE 10 MIL SO I OWE 38.000 EURO TO SOMEONE..AND THATS THE TRUE AND THE CORECT WAY..BUT A SMALL DETAIL IS THAT I NEVER HAD THAT MONEY..SOME POLITICIAN TOOK IT INSTEAD OF ME AND MAYBE BOUGHT A PORSCHE..WHY SHOULD I PAY HIS BILL..THATS THE CORRUPTION IN GREECE THAT WE ALL KNOW BUT ONLY A FEW EARNED FROM IT MY FRIEND.WELL SORRY FOR WRITING NON STOP.AFTER 6 YEARS OF TREMENDOUS ECONOMIC CRISIS WERE EXHAUSTED MY FRIEND.ANYWAY THANKS FOR KEEPING THE FAITH..WE'RE ALL GREEKS AFTERALL..JUST KIDING.
What has happened in countries like Greece and Argentina is just a foreshadow of what's to come for the rest of the world including the US. Once the US dollar collapses and is replaced as the world standard currency it will send shockwaves through the financial markets and devastate our economy. Research what happened to England when the pound was replaced by the dollar as the world standard.
You have nothing to be ashamed of it is not your fault. It is the fault of the central bankers and the corrupt politicians who have enslaved and indebted our once great nations. Good luck with your business and God bless you and your family.
WHAT YOU SAY IS TRUE..THE POINT IS THAT WE'RE WASTING SOME OF THE GREATEST YEARS WE HAVE AS HUMANS...THE DECADE BETWEEN 30-40 I FIND MY SELF UNABLE TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT I HAD IN MIND.AND OFCOURSE EVERYONE ELSE IN GREECE IS LIKE ME.WISH THE BEST TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY...HOPE USA AND IMF CONTINUE TO SUPPORT GREECE IN THIS AT LEAST DIFICULT SITUATION WE FIND OURSELVES INTO.
MrArisMih You hit the nail on the head. Nothing like the 80's music. My favorite yrs. of the good music.
This is in my opinion the best song ever written by Cinderella!! I had the pleasure of seeing Cinderella on their Long Cold Winter tour with Judas Priest back in 1989 at Hampton Virginia Colosseum!! The absolute best concert that I have ever seen!!! What a concert!!!!!!
i saw them in California a couple of times and with Judas Priest also it was an awesome concert
I saw them much later at the Greeley stampede.
I saw the same concert down in Tampa Fl the only reason I went to the concert because of this song

This song never gets old. I'm dedicated to this song to my 62 year old uncle. He passed away tonight after long illness. He was a recipient of double lung transplant and would've been his 7th anniversary next weekend. Love you, Uncle Ephrem James!
My deepest sympathis and condolences to you.❤😔 My mother killed herself in 1988, when I was 24. This album had just come out. When I got to my parents' house after finding out she was gone, MTV was playing on the television, and this video came on. It brought me to my knees. Needless to say, this song has mixed feelings associated with it for me...

Все их песни просто супер...
This song is definitely a classic . They will always be remembered for this rock ballad .
The guitar 🎸 solo is amazing 👏 as well as the vocals 🙌!!!
I'm 13 and I love 60s 70s 80s and 90s music It's pretty much all I listen to. All the new music that gets played on the radio all day is complete garbage. The 80s music is my favorite decade for movies and music. I feel bad for other kids my age that haven't experienced music like this. Classic rock for life! And don't get me even started on movies
I'm 13 too and feel the same Bro.
I'm 14 and i feel exactly the same, classic rock for life!
same but im 16, nobody in my school likes it and bullies me because of it and i just tell them well listen to what you like and ill listen to what i like
Ty Andrzejewski That's sad people bully you because of it, especially because everyone used to listen to it back then. Now its like uncool to have seen anything from before the year 2000. Except for maybe star wars. But that's really sad. You'll probably eventually find people with the same interests. I did 2 or 3 years ago and their my best friends. Classic rock for life
Sara Garganté glad to know there's others out there and not every kids is a stupid millennial who listens to crappy modern pop
When I was growing up in the 80's, I took life for granted. Not paying any mind as to how awesome that friggin decade really was. Such a simpler time with awesome music and awesome people! Now over 30 years later in 2019, I regret not appreciating those times when I was a kid. I wish I could go back, because honestly, You don't know what you got til its gone....
Wolf Doctor THIS IS THE BEST COMMENT EVER!!!!
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT my friend!👍👍👍🤛🤛🤛
You took the words out of my mouth!!!
You hit the nail right on the head. Perfect.
Other side of 50 now, and I hear the clock ticking LOUDER AND LOUDER.
Wish we could go back but until that time machine is ready, work on your bucket lists. Enjoy the time you have left, my friends.
lol I would give up 10 years forward to relive 5 years of the 80's So much fun and your right none of this bullshit that's happening now.....So much fun !
Tom Kiefer and Cinderella will always be part of me......80's were the best!!! Best of all is when my sons were born and grew up without the damn technology!!!! They had real music!!!
Yes today's music is not the same as it was in the 70s or the 80s or the 90s because today's music sucks
As a 50 year old man, I have always loved his voice and just the shear amount of passion he puts into his singing, fan for life
It's the truth u may
Think u do till u lost
It 40 years with some one and she's gone
Is he still alive??

"Cinderella" is Probably the most underrated rock band of the 80's and 90's because they deserve a better recognition. Cinderella music is different, is clean of negative messages because in every Cinderella's songs you can hear positive word's Or a very true message like in this one and that's why fan's still love Cinderella's music in this days because is an AMAZING! The music from the 80's, is just on a whole different level than the rest of the music. Don't get me wrong, I love the 60's and 70's rock music, too. But, the 80's were the pinnacle of it all...
Me to amen Shawn 😔
