Plain and chocolate Pancakes
Recipe in English:
Plain Pancakes:
Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1 large
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs (unsalted)
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup or as required
Directions:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking powder,caster sugar,salt and mix.
-Add egg,butter,milk and whisk until well combined & set aside.
-Grease frying pan with butter and pour ¼ cup & 1 tbs of prepared batter and cook on low flame from both sides until done (Flip when bubbles rise on the surface approx. 1 minute each side) makes 4 large & 10 small pancakes.
-Drizzle honey & serve!

I was craving pancakes so badly today so I tried your recipe. I added a bit more sugar but the texture was absolutely splendid. They were amazing and everyone loved them . ( I measured them with 1/8 cup so they were a bit small ) ( I made around 13-14 )

Yes
Oil does work
But I would stick to using butter but I have tried using oil and 2 1/2 is perfect

I made them a little bigger than the video said so it made 12
If you spread them out into thin pancakes they will make around 7-8
If you make them small They will make around 15-16

Guys this recipe is amazing and so easy too make I tried it and it works just awesome for the chocolate pancake I didn't had coco powder so I used nutella instead and it was just as yummy as it would be with coco powder I highly recomend this recipe .

I tried the chocolate one and and that was delicious but 2 tbs sugar was not enough then I added some more and that was amazing... You have to try this but with more sugar because if flour is 1 cup than how can be sugar just 2 tbs????
And I added just a pinch of salt not 1/4 tsp
