No one gets a band 9 cos of the confidence alone. The idea is hilarious. The candidate deserves an 8. At first, she made language errors already especially grammar usage.
@@seannoynay9924 would say, there were countless instead of replacing them with: From my point of view, etc.:, it would be interesting to put the levels in the interview videos, I had the impression that this test was a B2. The candidate deserves a 6.
I feel like these tests are not meant for people who actually studied hard but for the people who have acquired the language naturally by living in English speaking countries.
While watching we not only improve our listening and vocabulary but we boost our confidence. IELTS actually is not hard as it seems. Be open, confident and we can get the score !
Would really like to thank you guys! These type of videos were a BIG help! I am not much of a talker but i managed to score an 8 in speaking just by watching these type of videos! ❤
@@wop6790 don’t exactly remember the question but it was along the lines of “talk about an english lesson that you remember” I got scared as i couldnt remember any but i was honest and confidently told the interviewer that i dont remember such lesson but i do remember the story telling aspect of these lesson and continued talking about that!
I always think that to get 8.0 to 9.0 u have to be smooth and correct at the same time in your speech. This video’ve just made me have to think again. Maybe what makes the high score is our confidence and natural phrasal verbs ?🤔
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically. i live in a three story falt.we are on the second floor. it has a kitchen, two bedrooms and living room and bathroom
Why is that watching and listening to them are sound easy for me to imitate but when I about to speak by myself I tend to forget words to say and having a hard times to create sentence on the spot.
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.they may disagree or conflict with each other over some issues such as car parking, making annoying noise such as listening to music with loud voice
I badly need a person or someone could help me to improve my English language skills. I'm sick of thinking of what are the best things to do for me to improve my English language well.
She self-corrects many times, yet she got a band 9 and that confuses me because on the band descriptors it says that self-correcting is more likely to make your score go down since it could be interpreted as lack of fluency...What do you think?
My teacher says it's a good thing, because it shows you notice your mistakes 🤷♀It's in any case better than just making a mistake and going on. But I didn't get why she'd had 9 either, to be honest.
I think the Vietnamese who majors in Engineering did a better job than his medical student in the speaking test section. He should get a 9 in stead or 8,5.
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.well they can have a party and invite each other to their homes and sometimes gather to talk about the improvement of their building and dropping by each other when they are sick
"Well, they can have parties and invite each other to their homes, and sometimes gather to talk about improving their building. They also drop by to visit each other when someone is sick." In this corrected version, I made the following changes: Added a comma after "homes" to separate two clauses Changed "the improvement" to "improving" to make it a verb form that matches the structure of the sentence Split the sentence into two to make it clearer and easier to read Changed "when they are sick" to "when someone is sick" for better clarity
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.yes when I was a child I would meet my friends either in the park or in the school or even in our alley.but these days I have more choices that where to have a date with my friends.becuase in the past my parents didn't allow me to be away from out neighborhood
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.i usually have a date with my friends in the cafeteria because the atmosphere of it is very pleasant and soothing to me.
I just wanted to correct a bit for you if you don't mind....: I usually gather with my friends at the cafeteria because of its very pleasant and soothing atmosphere.
S.. With this ability as a foreigner, should she get tested in English?Does the interviewer know one word of Korean? Why should we be tested by those who can't speak Korean?
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.well it is a little strang to know all neighbors in their neighborhood.because they are too enormous to get to know them. they may have a little familiarity and greetings with their neighbors who live in the same building
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.children unlike adults make friends with their peers without considering any criterias.they usually see each other in the alley or park and school or school bus and make friends with each other
I'd put it like this: Children, unlike adults, make friends with their peers without considering any criteria. They usually meet each other on streets, in parks, schools, or on school buses and become friends.
I think so funny this videos, because it's useful to learn English, but it's hard to hear that someone uses his free time to cook while I'm here using my free time to study. this world is so funny.
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.yes unfortunately our apartment is located behind other apartments and there is no view from our windows and it is very annoying.actually we want to have a home with scenic view and wake up in the morning with sunshine.thats why we are going to move to another homep
I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically.no it is different.in villages or rural areas people know each other's neighbors relatively they often communicate with each other more than urban people
the lady speaks with a native accent, i think in part because the lives in the US, but her english is very average in terms of range of vocabulary and complexity of sentence structure.
The reason why she got 9 was because of her confidence. The way she spoke was sỗ natural even though you would hear a lot of self-correcting.

Nah fam 6 is a bit low , 8 is fine , she talked fluently and thats what the examiner wants
@@dasasimoveisrealestateinbr1641 yeah 8 is ok.
@@seannoynay9924As a student who leaning English, Can you tell me her grammatical errors?
The examiner and the candidate are both so friendly. It is nice to watch the performance. Thanks.

Agree! Most candidates who got 9.0 in score grew up or lived in english speaking country
Yeah i think so;;
Exactly.
By studying hard, some one can also get the level of native speakers
No doubt.
오 축하드려요. 엄청 기쁠듯.....조금 떨리시는거 같은데 그래도 점점 안정적인 톤이 인상적이어요. 목소리 정말 좋으신듯....부럽습니다.

A high score is about the ability to speak a lot, I am a laconic person and I can’t talk so much on uninteresting topics even in my native language)
One of the best examiners to watch!
Thank you for your contributionand collaboration. this is helping me quite a lot I areally appreciate it.
I like her calm atmosphere.
I was overjoyed when watching an educational CZcams video like this.

NIce examiner and sophisticated candidate، really enjoyed it
she's very confident
In countryside too in fact they r more conscious n apprehensive of introducing themselves
Test-taker’s pronunciation is clear.
This is helpful
What's the meaning of "mention" in term of her story bout neighborhood?

Very good😊
how long and where is she studied english?

Hello from Indonesia
she's saying the word "definitely" so many time!!
that ain't band 9
I think it's not band 9 level speaking. It would be 8-8.5
too simple vocabularies and just to say people get this band score act way better than her performance
I badly need a person or someone could help me to improve my English language skills. I'm sick of thinking of what are the best things to do for me to improve my English language well.

"Well, they can have parties and invite each other to their homes, and sometimes gather to talk about improving their building. They also drop by to visit each other when someone is sick."
In this corrected version, I made the following changes:
Added a comma after "homes" to separate two clauses
Changed "the improvement" to "improving" to make it a verb form that matches the structure of the sentence
Split the sentence into two to make it clearer and easier to read
Changed "when they are sick" to "when someone is sick" for better clarity
