Urolithiasis (Kidney Stone) | यूरोलिथियासिस (गुर्दे की पथरी) | Types, Diagnosis, Management

Kidney stones or calculi are hard deposits of minerals or salt that are formed in kidneys and present in different sizes
They may occur due to diet, excess weight, certain medical conditions, medications; and often occur when urine becomes concentrated, allowing minerals to crystallise and stick together.
Some of the terms used in this case are:
Urolithiasis: Stone anywhere in urinary system
Nephrolithiasis: Stones in kidneys
Ureterolithiasis: Stones in ureter
गुर्दे की पथरी या कैलकुली खनिजों या नमक का कठोर जमाव है जो गुर्दे में बनता है और विभिन्न आकारों में मौजूद होता है
वे आहार, अधिक वजन, कुछ चिकित्सीय स्थितियों, दवाओं के कारण हो सकते हैं; और अक्सर तब होता है जब मूत्र गाढ़ा हो जाता है, जिससे खनिज क्रिस्टलीकृत हो जाते हैं और एक साथ चिपक जाते हैं।
