- So i've done it again, i dropped something inside my car and can't retrive it so i bought new side markers, only to find these look a million times better than the OEM ones even though side markers weren't even on my list of mods in the first place. There's an 8mm spanner under the engine of my previous car. Or well I think it's still there, I for sure couldn't get it. It's pretty nice bahco one too.

Keep the originals. Sometimes the car's computer detects bulbs that are non standard. Need ones with canbus module to avoid an OBC Error. Make sure that you don't allow the cable to fall back into the hole - nightmare to retrieve it!

As for me I lost my clip in the hole ..tried to get it with a magnet ...gave up ...cannot find any around.

Have any issues with them falling off? I got the same ones from Colorado n5x and just installed them. But they don't really snap in place like oem or have adhesive. So just a little worried about them popping off
repost in two years and let us know if they leaked, I would bet yes
I had an o5 325xi with side markers from eBay for 6 years and it was good
owned the car for year and 6 months before selling it, no leaks at all

I found similar ones but with orange LED's for E87 and I just had to connect the old connector to the connector that was in the car and that connector looked very similar to ones in your BMW. Also, it also had the rubber seal on them. Fun fact. there's also a LED number plates lights for the BMW's that have like fancy features like RGB light which makes everything look great for all the juicy Instagram maniacs :D

MatterMoo nah, they are pretty solid on. I got the rught one to nudge just a tiny little bit 🤣
that might be the weather seal on them, it could be stuck spray it down with a bit of quick detailer and wiggle it back and forth and it will come loose

nope these have been 100% trouble free since the install, they survived a hurricane here in texas and still work just as well as the day i installed them. no error codes no nothing
Hey, because you got the white LED version, does that mean your indicator use for these bulb also emit the white LED? Or are these dual colour ? White for unlocking but Amber for signalling?
nope they are white through and through even for signalling
