RaceRoom Racing Experience Laguna Seca (bad driver)

This is the kind of behavior that keeps simracing and racing games in general confined to a small community. Trying to ruin other people's fun is not ok in my book. I know not everyone is as talented or experienced as some alien drivers, but this kind of driving is unacceptable.

Does Raceroom have an effective report system for such drivers? I'm currently on GT7 but it has the same problem of terrible driving standards. So I'm looking around for an alternative.
