That Christmas tree looks ai generated
How can i use character prompts in photobooth for example storybook illustration i have two models of same character and i wish i can create different scenes in various positions as yhey representate in the book
This price have already over?
The first was not completely free, on the website
Once again, the go to spot for AI news. Thanks for the info.
I have so much more I want to cover, but thank you!!!!
For a moment I thought someone created a actual Photobooth that take people picture and used AI to make crazy picture of them, imagine a actual Photoboth in a mall that does that and how much money you can make from it.
That would be so awesome. Great idea!
Give it a few months.
we basically have the technology for that rn, so with some tweaks and fixes some1 could actually make that somewhere
@@FRareDom yea
Trust me , people wouldn't pay for that.
Thanks for the up. I gave it a try but only had around 20 images of the person I wanted to model and I can tell you I think you really need more images as the versions of every prompt were only barely usable. It certainly is a case of GIGO, so make sure your training images are numerous and good...
Thank you for this new tutorial!
The new invoke AI SD interface is great! If you haven't already I suggest looking into that and perhaps making a video on that too
Been tipped off on that one! I want to cover it and I will soon… lots of schoolwork atm tho so after that!
Training a dream Booth model on your favorite anime character sounds like a dream come true.
Totally agree
Hey man! Can you download the model file of yourself you created in Photobooth or is there another way you can get the model file for of yourself? Really need your answer.
Merry Christmas, Matt! 🎄🎄
Merry Christmas!
I want to train a fox clipart character. After getting CKPT, is it possible to make it like jumping? Can you please try it with your dog ckpt?
Also, if possible, please share CKPT of your dog.
Do you think it's possible to use this to generate GBA style Pokémon trainer sprites that I can only find for RPG Maker or should I just learn RPG Maker over making a ROM hack?
You might not be able to answer that last one.
Awesome, thank you for this tutorial!
Do you think there will be a home version of this that can be run with sufficiently strong GPU(s)?
You didn't answer the most important question. Can we download the trained model afterwards?
Yes
Yes you can. Sorry for overlooking that
Consent. I think if they made the images public without license stipulations that is only a courtesy not a requirement. If they consented to the photo and if they posted it online for public consumption there is really no legit limitation unless there is a license agreement - which public consumers have not agreed to. I suppose if you don't agree you could attach a license in the metadata and an invisible watermark then you could say this or that about what the image can be used for.
What are other sites like this that allow you to train your own model?
Q : If I want to start a business where by buyers send me a photograph of a person or their pet and I want to create a piece of art combining their photograph into an avatar style image and print it on a range of products for them is there an Ai program/app that can do this or am I going to have to learn the in’s and outs of training my own model to be able to start this business? Thanks
Damn you really don’t want to do any work at all huh? It’s one thing to charge ppl to be a middleman for a 3rd party service, but at least Google the options yourself…
This is great! how do you create more than one model though? I created one but I don't see anywhere to add/create additional models. It just keeps taking me back into the store.
You have to buy another one to create another model
@@MattVidPro Ah... That makes sense. Thanks for the reply! Do you need to repurchase the presets per model too? Or is there a way to access purchased presets and apply to other/new models?
Also what makes this very special is that you can download your ckpt file to use locally!
Really? I wasn't considering pay, but if that's real I'm thinking
If I was to take images of Sonic from the Sonic movies and ask the AI to create an OC using those images would the AI manage that?
Hey, Matt, I would like to join your channel in Discord, but I cannot find it? Does anybody know what is his channel name in Discord, please?
I got this error message when I tried to upload 20 images - Incomplete form
Please enter a class
13:21 do you have 8 fingers on your left hand?
Man, you could star in the Young Carl Sagan story!
I'd like an offline version of this kind of thing that's not paola.
can you train a stage/decor like s restaurant or livingroom?
Absolutely
I have a bushy beard most of the time… is it a good idea to include some pics WITHOUT the beard? Or will it confuse the model some?
I think it will generate images that has bearded one and without it
It will probably pick based off the prompt. you can probably ask it for no beard and with beard
Thanks… I’m pretty excited to see 🤘🤠
One question. They give the complementary preset package, but does that count against your 400 images?
Nope! Those are additional
@@MattVidPro Cool, thanks!
7:47 this painel is only avaible if I choose one of those preset packages?
No, this panel is all of your different models that you purchase.
@@MattVidPro Hummm.
Well it works on mobile?
What is that weird a.I. generated hat on the Napoleon costume? 😂
Getting 404 Not Found page when trying to go to your channel, did you get deleted or something?
No its an issue with youtubes new handles.
@@MattVidPro That sucks, hope it gets fixed soon
Lookin good! Rocky or Napoleon, so hard to pick.
If I select just 1 pack they will provide me the CKPT file as well?
Ye
what if you feed it pron pictures tho?
It would be good if you could create models of a couple, I’d love to generate images of my wife and I together.
You could attempt this, but I have the feeling it will attempt to mix your faces together
it is best to train you ai generator suite with a photobooth package of yourself trained to a keyword, and then a photobooth package of your wife trained to a keyword, and then when you generate, just mention you and your wife in your prompts.
If Open Art deletes your model after 1 month for privacy reasons what happens to the model? Do you still have access to the model if you intend to use it in the future?
Most likely not. For this exact reason, I advise to download any models you've made onto your local hard drive or USB stick for more permanent storage.
Great advice!
I believe that they can extend your model if you request.
I uploaded 30 images to train the model but get a message that says not all were uploaded and yet all have the green symbol showing that they uploaded and found and the training button is greyed out. Discord was useless.
Did you fill out the class identifier and all of the other info towards the top?
yes
I've been seeing a lot of people bullied into taking down their Lensa AI posts/videos. I'm a graphic designer and can see both sides of the coin, but here are my thoughts:
Yes, the AI was given copyrighted art to be able to create new images. But it is not simply copying and pasting from artists' work, it is generating completely new things. This is why it's able to generate an image of me in an artists' style even though these artists have not drawn/painted an image of me. Is this not how humans process things? I can look at someone's art and create a completely new image in that style. No one would bat an eye. They might just say, "So cool! That reminds me of [INSERT ARTIST NAME HERE]!" Technically, even with the AI, the art is influenced by someone's work, not copy and pasted from like many suggest. I think people are just uncomfortable because it's a computer.
An artist can own the pieces that they've made, but not the style. If that were the case, Bing Crosby's estate should be going after Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé. The AI is using the style yes, but the images are completely new.
I get the anger. It does suck, but it's also very impressive what this technology is capable of. People are always scared of new technologies, but I think there's room for both AI art and real artists.
I'm a person, like many, who is probably never going to commission an artist to do something. I can make things for myself and my friends and family for free. If someone does need professional art for something, I implore them to commission a real artist. Part of why people are doing this right now, is just the novelty of it. Knowing a computer is capable of such a thing and seeing the monstrous and/or beautiful images it spits out. No one would be commissioning 200 random styled images of themselves to be shared on socials.
The cat is out of the bag on AI art now, and it's not going anywhere at this point. Is there a realistic way to make it more ethical one day soon? Maybe.
Your logic is sound and I've made the same argument myself many times, but artists just don't care. Most of them are in a rage about this, they don't care how it works, only that they believe it threatens their livelihood, or at least threatens the status quo of how they work (change, even change for the better, often receives opposition).
You cant copyright a style. Remember when billie eilish first hit, she had this haunting whispering sounding voice, mixed with avent guarde sounds and 100% up to date production sounds... well ffw and there are 1000s of new musical artist literally copying that style.
Wot about 12 bar blues?
Heavy metal riffs ? Megadeth, metallica, judas priest, slayer
Rap, trap, drill... all using the exact same components as their peers.
Even pixar, pixar were the first, then came dreamworks & others....
You will never ever be able to copyright a style or the whole creative world would collapse.
@@armondtanz Exactly. I played in recent months a game, "Vampire Survivors" that came out for little money but was really addictive. It was the first of it's kind that I'd seen and was really popular. In the following months I have seen dozens and dozens of games copying the same format, and many of them are great as well. This is just how most things go, someone makes something that works well and others are inspired by it to build upon that idea with their own twists. Artists are no different at all.
It's nice of you to implore people to commission a real artist. But why would they, what would be the incentive in our current capitalist system? There is not much room for ethical condsiderations when its all about profit.
Comparing how a human learns art (or any skill for that matter) with machine learning I think is a very narrow minded analysis. So diggin a hole in the ground with your bare hands is comparable to fracking then? Or catching a fish with a fishing pole is comparable to bottom trawling, they are both just pulling fish out of the water so they should be viewed the same I guess? Sounds a bit off to me.
I understand why artists are upset about it and I don't think it is due to not understanding the technology. What we see being done a lot with "ai" art programs is just something that was already viewed very negatively among artists even in traditional media(100% copying someone's style for commercial purposes to outcompete the original artist and devaluing their work). Only difference is now this thing that was already viewed very negatively just got infinitely easier to do and much more prevalent thanks to shoving and artist work into an algorithm.
@@lojgon6460
So your warped logic is...
Baroque
Neoclassicism
Realism
Impressionism
Renaissance
Cubism
Surrealism
Impressionism
Each catagory done by 1 artist only?
I like the cross eyed action hero LOL
How is it free and $10 at the same time?
So cool😀
I have been successful in MJ just using a jpg as an image prompt and then my text prompt. I've put friends faces on magazines and Ninjas.
same you can even use multiple image prompts so it really knows what the person looks like from diff angles etc
@@Sheilaalien I wanted to go down the Photobooth rabbit hole, but I don't think it would be that much different to create a custom model, compared to MJs easy image prompt. I will explore multiple image prompts next.
Can you explain this in detail?
@@dontaewilliams4780 /imaging [paste the URL of your image, your face etc] then type your prompt "in the style of Andy Warhol" you will get your face rendered in the style of the artist, or situation you prompt. You may have to roll it several times to get a generation which looks more like you. But it works very well. Even try multiple URLs separated by a space.
I haven't found it to work as well as DreamBooth, in that it tends to converge toward the nearest celebrity I've found, but maybe I just haven't tried enough. I love MJ though.
Pretty cool
Are there any good free gpt3 based sites? Something like once upon a bot?
Have you seen ChatGPT model?
Really cool 😎
If I make a model of myself can anyone else see it? I would prefer it to be private.
any free options ?
Haven't come across one yet unfortunately
Cool
the one of you in prison reminds me of terminator 2, where the T-1000 disguised as a police officer goes through the bars
Are there lemon headed people you would do business with?
You can sell cyberpunk lemon 🍋 in etsy...
Their default celebrities are Ryan Reynolds and Anne Hathaway. Now don't get me wrong, Anne Hathaway is attractive, but I don't she's the female equivalent to Ryan Reynolds. Although, he's also attractive because he's funny.
I'm sure that wasn't the point, I just thought I'd point it out.
We have something free?
Haven't come across one yet unfortunately
Miidjourney does this just as good, but isnt free
So stablediffusion 2.0 took out art styles but this will let you copy art styles 😅
Yep
But kind of makes sense since it makes them less of a target to not have the names within the model.
you look somewhat like Nicholas Cage.
Dawn Ai also let’s you upload your own images. 5 daily generations for free. Paid option as well
Thanks for the tip!
$10? No thanks. I've been doing this for free for months, the idea of paying money for something with less control over the process. And a limited number of generations with it, you don't even 'get' the model at the end? Maybe it's just me but feels like a ripoff. It's not expensive per se, but just feels very counter productive and not economical, when you can pretty easily train your own model, have a ton of more control over the settings and overall process AND actually get a checkpoint file for your local SD giving your an unlimited number of generations for a lifetime, all for $0. Why pay $10 for less? (And that's including the discount and without any preset packages).
I mean it's still great that it's an option, some people will prefer it, and if you have money to burn then each to their own i guess.
Oh, so you do get the checkpoint file at the end, well that's something, not as bad as i thought.
paid, hard pass
It seems hard for a lot of these companies to offer free dreambooth models, because it does cost them to train and generate images for. But I believe there will be free dreambooth one day!
They're actually the one buying virtual GPU
Exactly...these things should be free...OR...at least paid...but with UNLIMITED generations where you pay like a monthly or yearly fee. These AI models have to up their game
@@sheedee2 Free? Purchase your own GPU. Oh, and you'll still have to pay for electricity. So, nothing is truly free you know.
This feels like a commercial. :\
I genuinely like their application of dreambooth here, and before releasing this video I heard some positive reception from reputable people in the AI field. I haven't been able to explore all other dreambooth websites yet, so I wasn't able to provide any judgement in comparison. I plan to make a video ranking all of the dreambooth websites in the future. However, if you have any specifics on how I could improve sponsored content in the future, I would absolutely love to hear them! The last thing that I want to sound like is an advertisement. Appreciate the feedback!!!
You look like the guy from Hereditary
I think that is the most disrespectful diss ive ever received 😢😂
Astria is waaaay better. It gives you the model file and nearly unlimited renders on their site for $5
They have new, for only 3 dollar's for many models
