All Jataka tales are Buddhist written in pali cannon later translations were done in Buddhist hybrid Sanskrit and much later after at least 1000 yrs panchantra were written in language called classical Sanskrit. The origin of classical Sanskrit is only after the 7th century CE. ( largely Buddhist works are truly original as told by buddha)
