香鹵花生Braised Peanuts{Vegan Recipe}

    香鹵花生材料:
    1)花生 - 750克
    2)生抽 - 250毫升
    3)八角 - 2個
    4)冰糖 - 75克
    5)薑片 - 4片
    6)水 - 1.5升
    步驟:
    1)把花生洗乾淨,然後用清水浸泡8個小時或隔夜浸泡。
    2)瀝幹水分。
    3)燒開一鍋水,把浸泡好的花生放下去燙5分鐘。
    4)5分鐘后撈出花生。
    5)把燙好的花生放進一個鍋子里。
    6)燒熱鍋子,然後倒入食用油,爆香薑片。
    7)加入八角炒香。
    8)加入醬油煮至沸開。
    9)把煮好的鹵汁倒入花生里,加入冰糖。
    10)加入1.5升清水沒過花生,蓋上蓋子燜煮。
    11)卤汁煮開了轉中小火繼續燜煮2小時就好了。
    注意:
    吃不完的鹵花生可以收在密封罐子里收進冰箱里,3天內吃完。
    Braised Peanuts Ingredients:
    1)Peanuts - 750g
    2)Light soy sauce - 250ml
    3)Star anise - 2 pcs
    4)Rock sugar - 75g
    5)Sliced ginger - 4 slices
    6)Water - 1.5 liter
    Method:
    1)Wash peanuts then soak in water for 8 hours or overnight.
    2)Drain water.
    3)Cook the peanuts for 5 minutes in hot water.
    4)Drain the water after 5 minutes.
    5)Place the peanuts in a pot.
    6)Heat a wok, then add cooking oil, fry sliced ginger.
    7)Add in star anise and fry.
    8)Add light soy sauce and boil it.
    9)Add the sauce with peanuts, then add rock sugar.
    10)Add 1.5 liter water, cover the lid and cook .
    11)When the sauce boil, continue to cook for 2 hours with medium low heat.
    Remark:
    If you unable to finish the peanuts in a day, you may keep the braised peanuts in an air tight bottle and keep them in fridge. Remember to finish them in 3 days.

    Hi, Cherry Mango Kitchen. Is this eaten with a spoon? Is it eaten warm? I see in the serving platter there is liquid so that is why I am asking.
    This looks good, and easy, too! Thanks for the recipe.

      Hi, Lisa. You could eat it as side dish with porridge, rice or other main courses. It is tastier if you eat it when it is still warm.     为什么要开水先烫花生5分钟,不可以泡好后直接煮吗?

      用开水烫花生主要是去掉花生皮的苦涩味,做出来的成品会更美味哦!
      当然,您也可以选择泡好后直接煮的。

    视频时间分配不合理。烫五分钟视频太长,没啥可看的,应把时间减少加到其它步骤上。
