She helped me cross all my insecurities acne skin, long curly hair, ideally they are not the 'Ideal' type.. after watching Premam, all my friends told me I resembled her sometimes and giving me compliments. That's the first time someone compared me with a Film star, a Heroine. That really boosted up my confidence level.. I owe her a lot, she did a lot for me

If you need a cinema heroine to validate yourself, you’re doing it wrong sis. As “natural” as she seems, I’m pretty sure her image is well curated top to bottom. Even her imperfections are untouched for a reason. A golden rule of thumb - find your confidence from within or your loved ones. Not from a cinema star.

She has to clear FMGE first and have to do 1 year of internship to be a able to practice in india.

She was raised and educated in Coimbatore, doing her schooling at Avila Convent School. Despite completing her medical studies in 2016 from the Tbilisi State Medical University which is recognised by Medical Council of India, she has not yet registered as a medical practitioner in India because she is busy in movies.
By the way what's your problem if we are calling her as a doctor
She is completing her medical course then she is busy in movies.
Director shekar kammula ask her mother for saipallavi to act as a heroine in his film but her mother refuse that offer because her daughter completing her education.
In South India we respect her like as a sister , what the problem in North India every one has a reason to reject her .
Kudos to Alphonse and directors like him that actually make effort to choose actors from different background. Think of the journey of Sai from being medical student in Georgia to Malayalam film to Tamil to Telugu. Her journey is what makes others, who actually are hard working people, look upto to her and say there's still hope out there for so many people like Sai to enter films.

I never liked any actor actresses or anyone from film industry throughout my life. When my friends used to battle between AISHWARYA AND KAJOL, I used to stay quiet because I could never relate to them. I always thought it very fake and superficial world. Even people drooling for Rashmika and her smile used to make to cringe.
But this woman just blows my mind away. Forget about her acting, she is such a warm, lively, true , humble, happy being. If she was nothing career wise even, I would have or people would have looked upon her. Her aura is so pure and spiritual. She is a gem of a human and I wish to meet her someday just as a human, not actress, nor a doctor.
I just feel her presence is so uplifting and God alike as she has preserved her innocence like a child.

I was referring to her on screen and off screen behavior which is on camera in public domain. I do not have access to her off camera private life which I don't care.
Her unparalleled passion and professionalism that she learn the language she acts in and take up her own dubbing in any language she acts from her very first film.
Her conviction and commitment to the projects she accepts; dedicating 20+ days promoting the movie going pillar to pole and participate in every promotional activity her producer plans for (in which span other heroines completes another movies shaking their leg for a ciuple of songs). Once she came to one of such events in Auto rickshaw when her car broke down. That's her commitment.
She is just 14 films old but do not accept a movie for the sake of money or fame and have the guts to say no to the biggest stars of the industry if she didn't like the script and have the golden heart to return her remuneration to the producer if her movie didn't do well. She has the conviction to walk the talk and refuse 2crore deal on beauty product commercials and never in chase of money in an era other heroines appoint a PR team to bag some of these offers and she have the heart of spending half of her earnings in charities. She acted in just 14 films but she got more than 30 awards tells about her work. There can be many doctors, there can be many great actors, there can be many great dancers but there are only a few rare Sai Pallavis. This is all on public domain doesn't need to sneak peak into her private life.

But gargi climax was pathetic ,it doesn't look even convincing ,they didn't even gave any lead and showed him as pious man and all of a sudden showed him as perpetrator. Poor development.

What's great about that story some teenage girl fell in love with some naxal guy and left her parents and ran away from village and became a naxal,he clearly said he doesn't have any interest on her but still she was persistent to get him. Then finally some misunderstanding happened and she got killed.
I don't know what is great about this 😂.
People didn't connected to the story and her stardom is all just in social media and highly exaggerated.
She can't draw audiences towards the theatre like anuska,nayantara,Samantha.
Even these three will do some flop female centric movie it will collect more than this so called lady powerstar film.
With regards to drawing audience to theatres, I went to Shyamsingha roy and Virataparvam for her. Didn’t watch Gargi yet. Don’t even want to defend these two movies. But I don’t think they would’ve worked with any other actress.
I’m not even sure if she’s gonna have such a long career or movie line up as Sam or nayanathara. Sam and Nayanatara did a very good number of glam roles, which isn’t a possibility with Sai. We don’t see Sai signing many movies and she made herself clear that she wants to become a doctor.
We definitely can’t campare Sai with nayanatara, for me Nayanatara can get into any role and has an amazing skill with subject selection. Sai pallavi is only 6 movies old in Telugu, and 4of them are good hits. She has good fanbase in TFI.

The budget was 50 crore something and forget about share it didn't even grossed the budjet and ended up at 46 crore gross. Share was much lower. They just marketed as some hit.
And this girl is a great dancer but a monotonous average actor who gives the same rural girl vibes in most of her film.her only plus is she looks raw and natural.
Because she have raw natural looks people assume that she acts natural but she overemotes in most of the scene. Nithya Menon , Keerthi Suresh,anuska ,aiswariya Rajesh are way more versatile actors than her.
If she had that much of a big stardom then why
Kanam,padi padi, virataparvam,gargi floped that badly in telugu which didn't even grosses double digit.
And coming towards the doctor thing she used it many at times to get clout. I don't understand why this actress and her PR brings this doctor thing again and again.
She was just an average at studies.
Never had the merit to secure a medical seat in india. That's why went all the way to a small country like Georgia where no entrance exam is required where with average second division 50% mark also anybody can get a medical seat by spending some lakhs.
That degree is considered sub par in comparison to Indian standards.
And also she has to clear FMGE and have to do 1 year of internship to be able to star practice.
She is Just a medical graduate yet to become a doctor.
But her PR and fans calls her a doctor.
And it's noth that easy as she says that
You just completed mbbs and did movies for 10 15 years and one fine day decided to start practice in 40's that also without having any prior experience. Ye sirf kehne ke liye sympathy le liye achha he.
Log yahan 15,16 jese tender year me hi doctor ban ne ke liye din rat ek karke padai aur mehnat karte he.
Entrance dete he 6 years degree complete karte he phir mehnat karke entrance dekhe MD karte he , and internship karne ke bad practice star karte he. Aur yahan pe regular khudko update karna padta rehta he new medical updates ke sath. Tab jake wo achhe doctor ban pa te he.
Esa nehi he ki mbbs kiya wo bhi gerogia jese country chhod Diya actor ban gaye phir achanak ek din aake adhed Umar me doctor ban gaye. Clout and sympathy lene ke liye ye batein kehdena bohot asan he.
