Hey guys! Back with another Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel countdown video for you guys and today I'm going to be going over 10 of what I think are some of the best Non-Elemental Guns and Weapons in both Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel!. Let me know what you think!

The first time I got the Maggie it carried me from lv 17 to lv 43 then I got a new one for lv 50, my #1 favorite legendary pistol
It’s an awesome gun, but how did it carry you that far
I used the Lascaux for a long time because there is literally no recoil and it has a set firing pattern, more bullets will go to the left of your crosshair/sight so just aim a tad bit to the left and you'll do a lot of damage in a small amount of time.

Aww no E-Gun? I use that gun all the time and it's a monster against pretty much anything, it can break shields easily and then just rips through enemies.
I am playing my first playtrough and so happy to do it now couse l paid the Handsome Collection 10 euros and playing it on xbox1x at 4k 60fps it is absolutly amezing how great it looks and performs.I knew for Borderlands games sooner and have started to play them on last gen consoles but never got into them,but now with this visuals l am enjoying it 100% and just made more then 100h and still to finish 25% of main story plus all dlc and the presequel.I wil spent this summer finising it .obviuosly this r rpg games so the replay valiu is great .one more thing l want to say thx to the comuniti that r still involved about those games aspeciali this site and this work

I would prob add just a normal purple rarity Jakobs Diaub here somewhere aswell, and if not for the Flayer, a blue or purple Coach Gun. Always loved those guns, and they work on any class.

I am not saying that Norfleet sucks,but the ammo consumption is ridicolous.

While it is true that elemental weapons deal specialty damage to weak opponents, non-elemental weapons deal more base damage. I noticed this when messing with the Gibbed program and non-elemental guns hit harder from the start because their base damage stat is higher for the same weapon of the same level and rarity between both variants; grenades, not so much but guns do. If you must have non-elemental guns, Jakobs is the best to have but all of such guns have a slight benefit; like when hitting fire-resistant flesh enemies such as the pyro nomads or the fire skags.
The luck cannon has an increased drop rate from ad bugs I have sold about 10 with horrible parts (mal grip and microwave scope mostly)
I don't know about the bee shield before, but it is OP shield for me, to be honest, if I want a challenge, I would never equip the bee at all, and I don't equip it that much.
actually got the loaded Maggie from the chest right before the Vault of the warrior i was kind of stoked because I always go with the the slagga

I jakobs gatling gun that took me to level 50 siren with ease, and i got it at level 35. couldnt find a assult rifle stronger than it even at my 40's lol
I used double identical Lascaux on an early game Salvador to great effect
the luck Cannon was the first gun that dropped when I started the claptastic dlc
Number six I would say go's best with Nisha double pistel so you could shoot 14 bullets at once
None mental weapons get a bad wrap in borderlands to the kings from the tiny DLC have entered the chat

you forgot about the E-Gun. probably the best non-elemental for the Pre Sequel. technically the Boomacorn should be on this list too because of the lack of element listed.
Watching this for probably the third or fourth time, and in February of 2019, is making me soooooooo anxious to get my hands on borderlands 3. It better come out this year. Holiday 2019 would be fine gearbox.....just please make sure it's this year. Your fans are getting older and older which makes it harder to invest the time into your games because we're all getting close to starting families of our own

Hi VPG love your vids you are very detailed. I noticed how easy you kill enemies at op levels. The highest I ever got in Bls2 was lvl 54 with Axton. When I got to UVHM it was such a chore to kill any enemy in that mode. I asked friends how they were able to reach op levels and how they went about it. Best I always got was do just the main story for playthrough 2 and save all side missions for after completing the story then do dlcs to take all lvl 50 rewards into UVHM, tried though due to frustration. Would you consider doing a vid explaining that. Not how you spend your skills but more so what order you play your game in to enable yourself to progress through UVHM and reach op 8 the way you do?
Swiftwo1verine h play through so that you reach UVHM at level 50. Farm for some great gear in TVHM, and then rush through the UVHM story as fast as possible - if you level up too much, your gear will become irrelevant. Once the story is done, farm farm farm. Grab some more of the gear that most fits your build at level 61ish (good snipers on Zero, Unkempt Harold on anyone, etc) and keep on farming to level 72. Farm the gear again, and get through as much of Digistruct Peak as possible. When it gets too difficult, guess what? Farm stuff. Whenever it gets too difficult, upgrade your gear basically.
You don't have to follow these exact level recommendations, but whatever.
Young Jesus for the Unkempt Harold thing,you forgot about prefixes.
Intense prefix is really good,Double Penetrating is of course the best one you can get.
If you are too lazy to farm for a DPUH,then get an Intense.
Marco Carella/Yollomach you don't need to get a perfect prefix for a gun that you'll replace in 10 levels. For the Peak run you'll want a Double Penetrating Harold with a Torgue Grip (big grip with a metal chunk at the bottom) but any other levels anything will do. And a Hard Harold is better than an Intense Harold.

the lascaux is by far the best non elemental... in normal mode... a level 8 lascaux is really good all the way up to w4rd3n (2 full story missions and the sidequests is a good amount of use), the aim mode allows you hit all the crit spots on loaders if you aim to the middle of their chest
it became ok'ish in tundra express beyond that you have to change it

ive gotten the luck cannon while fighting eclispe it drop from those bugs that attack you.

Marco Carella/Yollomach I think the Rex, the damnd Cowboy and the Elephant Gun are all exclusive to the Hammerlock DLC. Maybe I'm wrong
Luxtra 27 Elephant gun is exclusive to that dlc,dont know about the Rex,and i am not sure about the Damned Cowboy.

You defitnitely can get the flair from virus enemies. I've done it. 😂 Such a good gun. One of the best I've ever used. That and the torrent. Man I love the pre sequel
I don't know if this is just me but I got a luck cannon from one of the swarmers in the eclipse and eos area.
Lascaux is terrible on Gaige, at least in my experience. It seems to have a problem where if you have moderate to high anarchy, the bullets don't actually fire forward. I could empty an entire magazine at close range and nothing would hit the target. In fact none of the bullets even appeared on-screen. Not really sure where they went.

i might be late on this vid but the luck cannon can be auto if u don't have the skill be cause it keeps on reloading and shoting so I don't recommend the skill

I still prefer my Citrine Diaub. High base damage, just the right RoF for me when it somes to semi-automatic sniper rifles, and I just love the optical design. :D
The skull masher is the best jakobs sniper, and it is probably better than the gatling gun, which is number 5

yeah i never get the luck cannon from eos, i always just farm the glitches for it.
Trespass actually doesn't work with *any* weapon, only with non-elemental damage
i remember it working with any weapon. maybe it was a bug.

Torgue ummmm Explosions? Its explosive and thus technically an elemental weapon omni cannon has added explosive damage.
i really don't like the vladolf barrel jacobs assault rifles, I am pplaying on ps4 and I feel mouse clicks faster than we can click the trigger. It just isn't good on console.

Hey Puma, the cave painting in France is pronounced las co, not las cow. The "ceaux" part is pronounced as the letter "o". Just thought I'd clear that up.
