Imo we didn't get to see what Typhon's special ability would be in BL3. I think it would make sense to say it was some piece of tech that broke or got lost or given away after he stopped hunting vaults. That or they could give the eridian fabricator an attack feature the BL3 vault hunters never figured out how to use. Typhon was shown to have a very deep understanding of the eridian artifacts so his special could just be a random artifact pulled outta his bag.
I mean hey, getting to play as typhon, his wife (potentially already a siren), and two other characters from early borderlands? Now thatd be *sweet*. Maybe a younger, still programmer jack with angels help and a jackobs maybe? Tryna think of ppl old enough...

I've gotta say i've played every game and every DLC that's with in the borderlands franchise over 10+ times(i fucking love this franchise). So far never fully understood the story line, this is by far the most in-depth video I've seen on a franchise ever. Hearing that you never played a borderlands game, went from 0 knowledge to explaining the story so well that I learned a few things I didn't know, even after playing through the games and DLC's multiple times. This is a masterpiece of a video, the hard work and effort you put in this video just a chefs kiss to you my good friend, keep up the great work.
I'm a casual fan of Borderlands. I played a lot of the first two games when I was still in school. I haven't kept up with all the games and DLC, so I appreciate something like this video that strings the whole story together for me. I like that this video uses some actual musical scoring instead of just using those same Kevin McCleod royalty free pieces, which were already incredibly tired a decade ago.

As a fellow lore enthusiast I salute you - this video doesn't seem to have anything I didn't already know, but the sheer storytelling and production value makes it a worthwhile watch regardless ;) EDIT: One minor mistake, I'm fairly certain the entire Jakobs lineage knew of the vault, it's a "family secret" for a reason, and y'know how else they could have INTEGRATED IT INTO THE MANOR'S GODDAMN SYSTEMS???? EDIT 2: Also, Eleanor and Vincent's wording in GL&T seems to imply the two discovered the ruins before Eridians were even named as Eridians.
I love how you edited and made this video of the complete history of Borderlands. The only other BL CZcamsr i know that can match this is EruptionFang and his Borderlands history video, even though it was made pre Borderlands 3 and New Tales. Imma be doing a new character playthrough on BL2 so thisll be good background auido, good job man keep it up
I remember watching EruptionFang back when he was focused on Rooster Teeth and while I didn’t get into Borderlands until after he had established it as his focus post Rooster Teeth’s collapse to the point of being gone now, it was when he did a timeline video on Call of Duty Zombies’ Aether saga where I got the confidence to say he was making stuff I’d want to watch since.
Borderlands series has so much interesting lore to explore. They're are so many ways the writer can go off of for one have more lore base on the other ancient civilizations. Or the Vault hunters go to different galaxies to look for other Vaults out there.

I actually loved Ava in BL3, the murder mystery side quest was fun, and her and Maya’s relationship was cute. I was a little confused as why Lilith left her in charge as a child (why not leave rabbis in charge until Maya is ready).
