    I think you said that this works your glutes and your hand strains. Does it stretch it and strengthen it because I need to stretch it cause they’re so tight.

      To stretch, just leave your leg extended over the noodle without adding the movement. You can hinge a bit forward from the hip to deepen the stretch.
