- Learn how to strengthen your core and tone you body by just using the side of your pool. Coach
Stacy will show you a variety of exercises you can do in your pool to challenge your body and prevent boredom. No equipment necessary as you join Stacy to get FIIT together for another water workout. This one is using the wall to focus on strengthening our core and lower body. Some exercises are more challenging then previous videos, so please work at your own level. Consult a doctor if you aren't sure if all the exercises are right for you. I included underwater views again :-).
Video is "silent" because the monsoon brings out noisy bugs in my part of the country. In order to bring you another video, this is the best attempt at working around the noise. Thanks for your understanding. Please enjoy your own music as you do this workout.

Exercises can be done in 8-10 reps or 30 second intervals, taking rest breaks as needed.
Workout is suitable for beginners to advanced as you can work at your own level. Have fun and keep moving! Feel free to turn up your own music and just follow along!

After 42 years, I quit smoking a little over 150 days ago, and have emphysema and chronic Bronchitis.
In the process of changing my life so I am now walking up to 1 3/4 miles every morning and now looking for a way to add something with water. Boy, did I find the place?!!
I'm on rest today (Monday) and Tuesday but Wednesday I hit the track again. However, this time after my walk I'll be heading to the pool and anxious to use these moves.
Quitting smoking was easy... losing weight, now that's hard! Hoping this helps out.

I am so blessed to have found your video. I have spinal issues and knee issues. I have been doing aqua activities for 5 years. The pool where I workout has very limited workouts since COVID. Now I have you and every workout I can do. I amusing the 45 minute deep water massage workout with the noodle and waist belt. I am getting better and better in the last few weeks. Thank you!

Just what I need, for several reasons. I can't do the classes at my local pool, bcuz the regulars have their spots in the pool staked out & don't want to accommodate newcomers, making passive/aggressive comments to each otber about having to scoot over for me. I spend the whole session preoccupied with being unwelcome, and trying not to hit people who refuse to make space. I had an idea that maybe I could exercise alone, using my tablet at the poolside, if I could find a good instruction video... and here you are! I'll try to remember to let you know how it works out. 😊 (PS: My name is Tracy - not No!) (PS: NEEDS REAL MUSIC!)
Hi Tracy! I work with some groups that are very possessive about "their spots". I understand they have their routine but it is nice for them to change up that spot occasionally as they have a better chance of making more friends; getting a new perspective; and change can be good. I agree, no sense in ruffling feathers if you can still get the same fitness outcome. Glad you have found a way to exercise and everyone seems to be happy. Have you had a chance to try any of my other workouts? Wondering how it is going. Hi Carol, great question. If you are looking to sculpt and tone your glutes, you would want to focus on the inward knee drives, Figure 8 hips, Hip Extensions, and the Bounding Buttkicks. These moves work on the back side and hips which will help you get to your goals. 👙

Thank you so very much, this is a TERRIFIC presentation of exercises. (Due to my broken ankle, I have just completed my medical order for 2 months of water therapy and your video definitely highlights many strengthening exercises.
