  • Guys it's finally time to show you how much power my Dynamic Autowerks Stage 2 Turbos made.
I am super impressed with the results considering what they cost.
The car is very fast now.
Special thanks to Eurocharged Houston for allowing me to use their dyno. Also to Spool Performance LLC.
If you're interested in a set you can buy them here (affiliate):

Tell them you Vehicular DIY sent you, I won't get anything out of it but just so they know why you're buying. If anything changes I'll disclose that here.
In the future I'll follow up with a video at the track.
My car is a 2008 BMW 335i with the N54 motor, it's full bolt on with upgraded turbos running an E50 mix.

You have another 30-50hp left in it at this boost level depending on your exhaust if you pushed the tune. Really good for just E50 & not manipulating the numbers. There is no thread discussing it. Are you able to record a datalog with "gear" in your logging parameters. Record a 3rd gear log and see if the car reports gear 4 (while in 3rd). Typically the misfire begins as the 6AT reports gear 4 prior to shift. Also, have ken disable the misfire detection above 6100 and record a log. It will probably run completely fine.
One last thing. Make sure you injectors are good to go and youre properly venting crankcase pressure. Ive seen situations in the past where pcv has caused a misfire in cylinder 6

If your injectors are new make sure your valve cover is in good condition. At 120k kms I changed my gasket and it fixed my leak temporarily, at 136k kms I changed the whole valve cover because it was warped around cylinder 5 and 6 causing oil to spew into my cylinders and outside the block onto my downpipe.
