Easy Organic Pizza with Sourdough Discard Crust

- This sourdough discard crust is so incredibly easy, fast and delicious! The perfect way to enhance your homemade organic pizza!
Preheat oven to 450
Add olive oil to cast iron skillet… put in oven while it preheats.
Pour a thin layer of sourdough discard into hot skillet.
Bake for 15 minutes then flip crust over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Flip again then add sauce and favorite toppings.
Season however you’d like! I use garlic powder and real salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until your toppings are done.
Enjoy!

Looks delicious. Can't believe how many delicious creations you can make with sourdough. It's so versatile ( Although I guess normal bread is that way too - I just prefer the taste of Sourdough). Love the sweets as well. Cinnamon Rolls, Pancakes, Waffles, Sticky Buns. My sweetener that I use for those is Monkfruit, Allulose (which are low sugar & they taste & work exactly like the original & you wouldn't know).
Oh ikr!?!? I haven’t even scratched the surface! Lol I’ve only made crackers and now pizza crust! I’ve gotta find time to do these other fun things!!!
