Excellent shows, started watching Dragnet on Me Tv but it comes on at 5:30 am. These radio shows reminds me of the Batman and Robin albums I had as a little kid in the 70s, they are really cool and can be found on CZcams. Stories like "Stacked Cards " with the Joker are really cool even for adults, they were pretty scary as a little kid !

Thanks for posting these! I really enjoy them. The actor playing the villain in this one is Frank Nelson, a veteran character actor who became famous playing waiter, store clerks, etc on the Jack Benny programs on both radio and TV. He is also in a number of Perry Mason shows. He was quite often on Dragnet as well.

Although Frank Nelson was excellent in The Jack Benny Program, I am 100% certain the actor portraying the villain in this episode was Jonathan Hole, not Frank Nelson.

Theirs is a civil case and he’s in prison.
Very good story. I know who Ed is and can even picture him from many other radio and television just don’t remember his name.
