I made this ring with you and is perfect! Thank you so so much! ❤❤❤
Wonderful! Glad you enjoyed!
Love the ring , my favorite made of wire so far. Thanks for the share !
i love this weave around the ring~ Stunning!!!
Thank you for showing your lovely work in round wire, I struggle to get square wire, so loving these tutorials!
Thank you so much for showing us all how to do this. I wrap raw stones and it has helped me tremendously. 🥰
Oxana, thank you so very much for taking the time to share and to teach us how to recreate your beautiful jewellery! I also want to thank you sooo much for doing another gorgeous piece using round wire!! As you mentioned, it's very difficult for many people to find any other wire (for us in Canada, anyway). I would really appreciate it if you would create more jewellery using this wire!
Thank you, once again! 😊
you are very welcome! Same here in Australia, so I order my square wire from USA
@@OxanaCrafts It is also appreciated, as some metals are not available in square wire.
thank you so much for the time you spend with us!!! 🥰😘

You are so welcome! Have fun!
Such a pretty simple ring! I have 20 gauge wire in exact same color, I will be heading to your another video to learn the weaving pattern with 28 gauge. 😊 Thanks for sharing! ❤
You have an amazing talent.
Оксана, классные кольца 👍🏼
Beautiful.
Nice design! I’ll be doing this one for sure! Great work!
Your work is easy to follow for beginners and novice jewelry makers. I especially like how you finished the ends. I have avoided making rings because the ends can be a little tricky to finish off. This ring tutorial solves that problem for me. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world! You are an amazing artist!
You are so welcome!
Beautiful design! Ty
Whoops I just heard you made it for your daughter. So sweet ❤

Omg. I am always so happy when you come up on my notifications. You are such an amazing artist and so kind to share your amazing gift. I hope I’m not being to personal but I remember over a year ago you were wearing a brace around your Thumb. Did you have carpel tunnel or a strain from wrapping. I’m having issues with mine he never input certain tensions when wrapping. Like I said not being nosy. Just concerned for you v and myself. I’m trying to always use tools now so if I can put our there. Hobbies or not. Always be mindful of your hands. It can be quite painful to nurse these injuries. Thanks again Oxana and so awesome as well living down under.
A few years back I took a metalsmithing class and did get some pain in my hand, maybe from the hammering or sawing, not sure. Could also be from weaving, because I was doing more woven designs back then. But luckily with some rest it all cleared up
J adore vos créations ❤ c'est très joli
Gorgeous 😍😍😍
Está precioooooso!
Fabulous 😍
Harika tasarım.
My english is not well but ı almost understand your whole video ı am so thankfull right now thank you soo much for this video
Thanks, worked great👍. I cheated a little by securing the stone with a wee dab of UV resin before rapping, much easier 😊
So glad it worked out for you!
Beautiful! Can’t wait to try this. You make it look so easy:)
wow very beautiful thanks
Most welcome 😊
Beautiful 💖😍👍👍🙏🙏
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing.I love your design. So beautiful. But I'd love it more if the stone can be covered a little less. Do you know how to make a prong setting ring?
I don't. I don't make rings very often to be honest so they are not my speciality and I have only a few designs. But there are quite a few prong tutorials here on youtube if you search, perhaps you will find one you like.
Thank you for the video, I will definitely try this! The ring is beautiful 😍. How long should the 28 gauge wire be? Approximately.
Thank you! I am not sure because I just kept it on the spool as I used it, so I did not pre cut a piece. I would guess 5 feet would be adequate
Great camera work, can easily follow along. The stone really doesn't pop out?
As long as the wires are up on the domed edges of the stone, it will hold it in place.
love this!! i've been loving making wire rings... but mine always end up sharp on the ends of the wire does anyone have any tips for this?
I turn the wire ends into loops, if it is fully closed loop the wire end will not stick or and scratch
Is there a video on how to do this with a stone that has drilled hole?
This ring tutorial uses a bead: czcams.com/video/F9BSrnbtIa0/video.html
Hi Oxana... is this lovely ring for sale?
So beautiful
Please can you tell me where I can buy those kinds of wire?
The wire I am using in this video can be purchased from stores like Michael's (if you are in USA). I also left some Amazon links under the video for ordering online on Amazon.
@@OxanaCrafts thank you so much for reply 🙏
I'm a newbie at this and I found that that band was really easy but getting the stone to stay in the setting was a bugger! Maybe it's because I used an oval stone?
Trapping the stone in is the hardest part, some people glue it down first
How do you make sure the wire wrapping on the side doesn't ride up to pop the cabochon out? Because unless you lock down the bezel round, it will. And in the video you haven't.
So that's a lot of potentially lost cabochons there.
I think this is why people often will use half-hard wire for rings, to make the wires stronger so it is much harder to move them out of place. I used dead-soft in this video because I find half-hard too tough to work with, but you are right there is always that risk if you are not careful with it and bang it on something the wires could potentially move out of place loosening the stone. Wire wrapped jewelry does tend to be a bit more fragile and require more care.
Are you able to show how you treat this ring so it won’t tarnish?
This wire does not tarnish, it is Artistic wire and is coated
Would you entertain the idea of a drop of E600, or a drop of super glue on the band, just to hold the tiny cabochon in place while wire wrapping it???
Yes you could definitely do that, not sure if you can do it safely with all stones, but most should be fine
@@OxanaCrafts Thank you so much for your input!!!
This is so beautiful
Why don’t u use glue ?
If you are having trouble securing the stone in with the wire you can definitely try gluing down the stone first
