I helped my lil sis who's 11 Yr old on September 19 it was her first period but she said promise me n don't tell anybody so i said ok but when i got my first period no one helped me even my older sis cos i was afraid to tell them but my lil sis loves me s much we have a great bond she treats me like her own child😢 even though she's just 11 i swear my sister is gift from Allah❤ I'll keep that promise no matter what

Its preferable to teach the kids about periods before hand so that they dont panic. My mom taught me about it before I got my first period and that's why I didn't freak out.

Even I also lost my mother when I came in teenage I also face first periods. And I was so scared but my bua said me about periods and I stayed on my bua house when my father transport at barasat . And when I got my periods my bua told me to not tell to males but my father knows that I am suffering from periods and he support me but he fells really bad that I haven't share him . Since I understand its normally there is no shame about it .

When I was 9 years old, I got my first period. I was travelling with my mom and after reaching my Aunt's house, my mom noticed my pant had red spots. I told my mom that it's The soup that I Ate last night😂. My mom became tensed and Grabbed me into bathroom,fold a towel and make a pad with it. Then Give it to me and I wear it. I had no idea whats going on 😂. Then she took me into market and Bought a packet of pads. After that I returned home and Also I had no idea what's going on. What's the cotton soft pads are . I Thought it was Diaper.😂.... After some days my mom told me clearly about Periods. Actually Mom didn't think about a 9 years old can get her period. She was going to tell me about it on my 10th birthday. But my 1st period experience was insane and funny too. But I never got Stomach pain on that time.😂
Bruhh you get premature periods 😮. It's pretty rare though . Be safe. I'm a boy but I know about periods just like a girl just no experience obviously. Be safe and hygienic ❤

Gurl I turned 13 this year in October. And in December 10 I got my first period ,gurl don't worry sometimes it's can be so late . Or it came next month. Or it's irregular periods .
My period blood came one time not every time .. don't worry About it
During the duration of periods after the first periods sometimes the cycle may be missed or get irregular periods but after the growing age you will have regular cycles and every single girl and women has gone through irregular periods in which their periods gets delayed from 1-2 months but you should not worry .....If the cycle not come after 1-2 months you should consult from doctor or you can try some power yoga or exercise or some diet to get it regular 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊Stay strong and positive➕➕

When i got my first period i didn't even knew that there is something called period and i was crying the whole day running from this washroom to that and i was not able to talk about that with anyone but suddenly my mom saw that stain and asked me weather I'm on my periods , and then she gave me a pad qnd gave me some precautions like- don't climb stairs , take rest and all ......but still the way periods are treated like if it is a secret or something abnormal ....i felt so weird ❤

In my first period, my dad was the one to show me what to do. He told me to put the pad on my underwear. I didn't understand and he showed me. If it's wasn't for my dad, I wouldn't know anything. Having your first period and your dad is the only adult around, it's ok to let him know. He can be a good help to you. Jus, as my father teaches me .❤

As a Pakistani, my mother said that I'm not allowed to tell any male about my periods since they would get worried and don't know what to do so I have to handle it all myself which is extremely hard 😔
