I know right, I have been waiting for a video like this. In every deck Kripp makes he adds Syvannas, Cairne, 2 loot hoarders and sometimes infested tauren.
Think about it, N'zoth is like a 10 mana kazakus spell but you don't need a requirement other than "play already good cards"
if the kazakus potion was 10 mana summona 5/7 and resummon all your good minions that died this game

N'Zoth OTK (sort of, not really):
1. Nefarian into Embrace the Shadow and Circle of Healing.
2. Spellslinger into Shield Block.
3. Thaurissan as much as required (by Duplicates, Manic Soulcasters, etc.)
4. N'Zoth into 4 Mistresses of Mixtures, then Baron Rivendare, then Embrace the Shadow, then Shield Block, then Reno (optional) then finally Circle of Healing for a 32 damage OTK!
I mean, you could completely forego the N'Zoth, but I can't be bothered to think up something else.
Reno would actually kill you...

Shezmu yes but its still way more unlikely, if he had another spell he would have had lethal one turn earlier so its highly doubtfull he had another dmg spell

It's not even 1/4, it's actually 1 - (3/4)^3 which is about 0.58. And I would have been very surprised if Kripp hadn't complained about that
Mikhail Fedoseyev Explain that math. There is 4 targets, and it can hit the same target multiple times. So 1/4.. Not .58? Wtf
1 is the value of 100% sure hit. He had 4 targets including face. The chance of not hitting face is 3/4. You roll 3 times with a 3/4 chance that you dont hit your target. Meaning 1-(3/4x3/4x3/4). So 100% chance of hitting - 0.42 (42%) chance of not hitting face makes it 0.58 or 58% that one of the three rolls will hit face. IE its not ridiculous RNG but a very likely probability. Basically shows Krip once again knows nothing of math :P
Actually it was 75% to hit his face. There was 4 targets which have same chance to get hit, so each target statisticly gets hit once in 4 missiles.
It's even smaller than 1-(3/4)^3, because that doesn't take into consideration the situation of either the Bloodmage or the Slime dying. With all that worked out, it becomes ~64% chance for the block to proc.
(For those interested in the math, but too lazy or whatever to work it out, I believe it's a 19 out of 53 chance to not hit face at least once, as 11 situations of the original 64 possible outcomes are "illegal," i.e. cannot occur [those being the Bloodmage being hit more than once, or the Slime being hit more than twice], which also reduces the number of "not-face" options, but not quite by the same amount, so we end up with 34/53 odds for hitting the face at least once.)
22:28 this misplay is because he did not count the damage for optimal amount of remaining life at the end of the turn. Reno and fireball leaves him with 10 health only accounting for the opponent's board. Flamestrike missiles leaves him with 3 health accounting for the opponent's board only. Kind of a lazy play.

Dylan Mead In its literal best-case-scenario it's a 0 mana 5/5 lategame that you just unduplicated your deck for.
Druids just got the same minion except it's 2/2 bigger, and can combo for OTKs.

That's wrong, the literal best case scenario is playing her and then a 10 mana worth spell, a "-3 mana" 5/5.
It only makes 1 spell free. so unless you're playing 1 10 mana spell your idea is pointless and the only 10 mana spells you'd possibly use is a kazakus potion or pyroblast. the only ways she's good are with spells that cost 7 mana or more.

You know I hadn't thought of it until he mentioned he was going to get a golden one from a card effect, but you would think kripp would have crafted a golden n'zoth already since it's like his favorite card.
Misplay from Kripp in the last turn of the last game (22:30)
If he did Reno + Fireball onto Kun it would result in him being at 30 against enemy 5+4+7+4 (20) and max +1 from HP and +4 from Feral (+5). That would leave him at 5 (in the worst case scenario). After that he would win because of enemy draw fatigue (together with missisles/ping/Reno attk)
Other case would be if the guy threw Feral as +8 armor instead of +4 attk.
Enemy would be at 10+8arm (18 hp; next draw -8) and would have 5+4+7+4 (20) on the board. He could go Kripp face to get him down to 10 but would leave Kripp's Reno (4)+ping+3x missisles+potential Babbling Book/Frostbolt/Firelands Portal lethal.
Anyways, the play he did might seem the best play to the eye (mmm 4 dmg everyone) but the one with the biggest chance of him surviving AND winning was Reno play because it was obvious that it would be either the last or the one before the last turn. Even if he survived the turn he died, what would be the point of having Reno then when enemy was about to die when he draws a card?
If you had fireballed the 7/5 on your last turn he would have killed himself casting his final Feral Rage

Kripp sighs and loads up another arena run. His opponent closes his laptop and thinks "What a scrub. And now for the cherry on top" as his opponent walks out from the other room goes up to Kripp and licks Kripp's arm. "Good doggie" Kripp says "Here's a treat for a good doggie".
I think you should've gone for missiles + fireball face in the last game. It was pretty unlikely that 3 missiles would hit face but it was the only chance that you could win.

Lol whenever I'm on ladder, its sometimes really easy to win because you can spot when someone just copies one of these decklists.
Reno + Fireball to the face would've been a styling win at the end.
Leaves druid at 4 HP with 28 dmg on board (incl. hero power). If druid uses a spell he mills and dies, if he doesn't, he mills and dies next turn.
Only out would be a charge minion like druid of the claw, but judging from the blizzard turn, druid did not have a 2 dmg charger or kripp would be dead that turn.
His 3 last turns was so good though

N'Zoth is a super volatile card. Not imbalanced, but volatile. Meaning if you manage to play it and get like 3-4 big minions back, and your opponent can't kill you that turn, it's game over. Blizzard likes volatility in their games, they usually start off slow and by the 3rd or 4th expansion the game is crazy. The same happened to StarCraft II. I guess it makes for a better spectacle, but it also makes players rage and lose their minds more than they would if the game was more reasonably paced.
True, but a big N'zoth normally only comes late in the game and by then you can probably guess that they have N'zoth in the deck due to playing sub-par deathrattle minions. That gives you time to find and save a big AoE for it. It still leads to unfortunate circumstances but they're a bit less common than one would think.
Why not play Reno on that last match??!!
Opponent had 27 on the board. He used all of his hero targetable spells as well. If Krip played it, he'd be dead never the less. Only way Krip wins is if he plays Reno and then 3 missiles and kills a target on the board. Killing auctioneer would've been best bed and that would still leave krip with around 6-8 hp on the following turn. He could've bought himself an extra draw with that play but I still think he'd lose.

and yeah if he would play Reno he could kill any of the 7dmg minions with fireball so he will take 7+5+4+4 (20)dmg from minions + cards from opponent, in case the druid plays a spell he will die from fatigue(Auctioneer) and if he plays minions Kripp could kill em with Flamestrike , i think he could stay alive and defeat druid but is Kripp
What about using Fireball to kill Kun and then Reno? and actually, I believe killing the Auctioneer was not the best bed. The druid would have to trade with it or kill it somehow, since Feral Rage would make him draw into more fatigue damage.

That Arcane Missiles hitting your Block wasn't actually that big in terms of RNG. Check it out:
There were four targets on the board, one of which is your face. You've got three missiles being fired, each of which have a one in four chance of hitting your face and popping the Block. This also means that each of them have a three in four chance of not hitting your Block. Only one needs to hit to pop your Block, so the chance of your Block not being popped that turn is the chance of all of them missing, or (3/4)^3, which comes out to 27/64. He actually had a better than even shot at popping your Block with just a single Arcane Missiles.

Not a Kripp deck without N'Zoth

In the last match you could have gotten lethal if 3 out of 9 missiles hit the enemy face (he had 17 hp, fireball 6, fatigue 7, ping 1), which is a still a better chance than killing a malygos and kun with 6 out of 9 shots. Another better play was to go for reno and fireball the kun, since he probably doesn't have any damaging spells left. (in the end that play would have won him the game, since the enemy druid could only deal 25 face damage with feral rage and ping) 22:29

Noah Cunningham The problem is that F2P players shouldn't be 'dominating the ladders with aggro decks. I understand that some people don't have money, they're poor or they're children - I get it. However the balance hammer needs to come down so that the people who do spend money in the game feel valued as well.
Or they could just print better control cards at lower rarities. You don't grind to pay the mana costs of your cards, y'know.

I feel the same. I find myself coming back to Hearthstone even though it's definitely not the best online card game out there simply because it has the largest community. Elder Scrolls Legends, Duelyst and Eternal are far better games and yet I keep coming back to Hearthstone ahah
