To alleviate the confusion,, Alina is a Russian artist. The song is a Croatian folk song from island Krk. It's in an old local dialect. She's performing it exceptionally well.

I get that for us who speak one of the Slavic languages, pronouncing words in other Slavic languages isn't all that too difficult, but oh. my. God. Alina absolutely amazes me, it's quite difficult to notice the slight misspronounciations (there are some, of course, but they are incredibly minute) even for someone whose native language Croatian is. And don't even get me started on the sheer amount of instruments she can use... Fantastic job Alina, keep it up!
This song is on Central-čakavian ikavian dialect of Čakavian language which is spoken in areas around the city of Rijeka known as Kvarner region. Where I live people speak Northernčakavian ekavian dialect, but I also understand Central-čakavian.
