THANK YOU, brothers and sisters for 1 million views! Just WOW! I wasn't expected it at all. It's so amazing to see many people like me, who love such nordic and pagan vibes. Let the old ways and true people, who lived their lives like no one else, not be forgotten. Skål & Slava from Poland! :)
I was listening to this when my wife asked me to go borrow a couple eggs from our neighbor…long story short, I have expanded our lands, and our neighbors home is now my own, we shall never want for eggs again.
The best moment about season 4A was Harald and Halfdan singing this song
I am norwegian, and I am glad this series enlighten the world of our Viking history.
This is not music, This is an emotion. I listen to this song daily.
An amazing TV series, I still can't accept the fact that it ended.
My daughter is 2 years old and she loves this song.
Hands down one of the best series ever put on this earth.
For me, that moment was also one of the saddest in the series. Seeing Harald and Halfdan singing that song just before going into battle and on opposite sides made my heart clench.
My mother told me
goosebumps instanyl when i saw lagertha on the boat
I come from Norwegian and Irish stock. I studied early medieval history in Dublin. I’ve studied both Old Norse and Old Irish. The contacts between the Vikings and the Irish fascinate me. I have read the sagas and the accounts of the Vikings from the Irish monasteries. Most of this stuff is now available in English, if anyone is interested
Ich lieb diese Musik, die Melodien, die Menschen. Ist einfach so,war schon in meiner Kindheit so.
Our school books and history has hidden this Norse Vikings History from us...Wish I knew them earlier 🛶
Any time I hear this song I remember halfdan dude was one of the most loyal characters in the series
Reminds me daily of our Viking history and blood between our Nordic ancestors. 🇸🇪🇳🇴🇩🇰🇫🇮From Sweden 🇸🇪 . Such a good song
I think the scene of the Viking boats leaving is the most astonishing thing I have ever seen - the series is brilliant - utterly brilliant and the song sung in this video makes me wish I had come from Norsemen heritage....instead, my ancestors probably stood on the shores of Essex in absolute shock and horror at such a sight as the longboats arriving...a fleet like this must have been like seeing the arrival of hell (I can't help feeling excitement though and some weird connection to these people though . Weird!
The sons of Ragnar will be spoken of as long as men have tongues to speak
I felt Lagartha's death like I had lost a family member. Never have I legitimately felt my heart break and actually cry over a character's death. She was a role model girls should follow and not some of that mess out there singing about their "WAP". Such a strong and beautiful woman inside and out. RIP to the greatest Shield Maiden I would have personally followed to the ends of the Earth 🖤
This was the biggest moment and the most amazing in the whole series I sobbed my heart out x
