Judges love giving orders but hate taking them.
First. If the flight attendant was white, this would have been included. Second, the flight attendant may ask you to use the washroom that is in your area of the plane (first class, etc). If she slammed the door, then she did. People may have been sleeping snd someone may have complained the first time. I very much doubt this is about her skin colour. I hope the flight attendant speaks up.
I don't think the airline want the attendant to speak out. Especially since she's suing them. If he did want to speak out, he'll have to do it with the airlines representative.
I hope the airline will not apologize and fire the attendant because of the attention through race hustlers..

About the flight attendant being white...... Facts. It would have been the leading word in the story.
They ask you (regardless of your race, creed or color) to NOT wait or loiter near the restroom at the front of the plane... FAA regulations... they don't want you hanging around outside the cockpit. They also strongly suggest that if you are NOT in the front section of the plane to go to the back of the plane to use the restroom because there are usually more off them and the FAA doesn't mind you loitering at the back. It had nothing to do with what this woman was... her reaction has everything to do with trying to be a victim and social posturing.

A simple misunderstanding the judge was just conducting a test and making sure that the bathroom door would not fall off during flight.

agreed! whilst ive never been at the pointy end of the plane, Ive flown enough to see how nicely first / business class passengers are treated and how those in charge of serving them are extra professional. If she was asked to modify behaviour , and i doubt that she was, it was for a lot more than loudly closing the toilet door ( unless they have much better doors at that end, those things are nearly impossible to slam loudly)

I am sooo tired of this drama of “poor me” on a flight. First thing, don’t drink alcohol before boarding and it will be a pleasant flight for everyone. I was subjected to a “Karen” on a flight to where she stepped on my right foot in my space during the flight and also crossed her right leg to where her dirty shoe was on my right leg pants. It was like she simply wanted some kind of attention. More. A 2-hour flight in hell. A 40-something woman behaved like a teen, even dressed and sat with her feet up in her seat like a teen. But then, many teens out there who do behave like an adult out there. SMH

I was asked to move to the back of a plane from business class once. It never occurred to me that it was anything more than an administrative error. I didn't assume I was a modern Rosa Parks 🤦♀️. Racist people view everything from a racist perspective

My son does not look like a person who should be in 1st class. It was stereotyping. The complainer was wife of a knight. The crew were fawning. I got back at her by baring my feet right beside her as she sat for a meal with him. Long flight. That was just before my son started med school. He's finished now and looks the same but more so, hair to waist, tattoos, a few piercings. Not my style but we are different personalities.

I think moving to the rear of the bus was a stupid rule.
Remember this: Just because something is made into a law, doesn't mean it's a fair or just law.

I see that a PROOF that he wasn't blatantly racist.
AND he wasn't too concerned about segregating the passengers.
He was FORCED to enforce the lrules, when the racist white passenger made a scene.

Right and Rosa Parks wasnt actually made to go to the "back of the bus" but past a certain point on the bus now required by the amount of white passengers now on the bus and white passengers now on the bus who cared about segregation. She also was a secretary for the NAACP. Not sure why any of that matters. Nothing you said or I just said changes the fundamental nature of segregation in the south at the time or the subsequent bus boycotts. The point isn't that the bus driver was specifically and arbitrarily racist. It's that the system enforced segregation through separate but equal Jim Crow policies. Something that media doesn't understand today.

This comment may shock some people, but there are a huge number of people around the world with pastel skin (aka "white", but nobody is white) who really DO NOT NOTICE WHAT COLOR SOMEBODY ELSE'S SKIN COLOR IS, and especially do not use skin pigmentation as a means of judging that person. I am a member of that massive group of people, and we really do not care what color anybody's skin is. We do, however, CARE ABOUT HOW PEOPLE BEHAVE THEMSELVES AND TREAT OTHERS. If somebody acts like a rude, self absorbed, inconsiderate jerk, then they deserve to be treated as such, and I dont care if they're purple with green spots, they will be treated according their treatent of others.
Are there ANY black female judges out there who are exemplary? Im genuinely asking. If so, lets lift them up and highlight their career.
