  • Globally accepted with hundreds of chambers currently installed and in use with world leaders in bio-pharmaceutical, laboratory research, and biotechnology, the Bioquell Qube brings efficiencies and reliability to your sterility testing process.
Available in two, four, or six glove configurations, with up to two material transfer hatches, the Bioquell Qube’s modular design can meet your company's sterility testing Needs. The process is simple, effective, and efficient thanks to Bioquell’s hydrogen peroxide vapor technology and
    Bioquell Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant.*
Start with the simple to navigate touch screen to begin a validated decontamination cycle that reaches throughout every chamber. Close the latch between the chamber containing the vaporizer and the adjacent workstation hosting the sterility pump. You now have an aseptic
environment to perform your testing that can last at least seven days before requiring repeat decontamination.
Place your testing supplies on the racking in the vaporizer’s chamber. When a cycle is started in the chamber with the supplies, exposed surfaces receive a validated 6-log sporicidal kill in as little as twenty minutes.
The decontamination supplies are transferred to the workstation with the pump to begin testing. Operators can now safely perform tests while additional supplies are being loaded and decontaminated in the adjacent workstation, creating a nearly unimpeded workflow.
Integrated options such an optional integrated sterility test pump from Merck Millipore, four levels of viable and non-viable environmental monitoring to select from can ensure strict quality standards are met, and racking solutions allow for high throughput and provide operators with
    ample room to work comfortably.
Designed with the operator in mind, ergonomic features allow operators to sit and work comfortably at their station for extended periods and includes angled glass and wide glove ports providing excellent range of motion. Even the lighting intensity is easily adjustable.
At all times you have full traceability and quality control through RFID tags on hydrogen peroxide bottles, environmental monitoring, and printed cycle reports. Optional logging capability with 21 CFR part 11 compliant software is also available.
The Bioquell Qube provides its unique capabilities in nearly every way, from order to installation and validation. It can be ready for use in as little as 12 to 16 weeks, does not need to be ducted into HVAC, operates in negative or positive pressure, fits through most standard doorways, and
requires only a standard outlet to function. The Bioquell Qube is an efficient, reliable, and easy to implement system for bio-pharmaceutical, laboratory, research and biotechnology clients.
    * Bioquell Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant is an EPA Registered Sterilant (EPA Registration
    Number: 72372-1-86703)
