Doctor Vikram is pioneer of many changes in FUE hair transplant. He was the first doctor to identify the flaws in traditional FUV. He was the first to find out the reason behind graft loss with traditional FUE when it was compared to FUT procedure (which was gold standard since 1950). The graft loss was attributed to the faulty punches, the heavy machine that was used to do extraction in Fue. Doctor Vikram invested in machine making and artificial intelligence. He collaborated with many companies across the world to develop world's smallest hair transplant machine available. The nanomotor developed by him is used in the procedure of new platinum hair transplant. Weight of this machine is only 25 grams as compared to the micromotor weighing around 300 grams that was used for dental procedures.
For grade 7 baldness i.e where we get complete baldness on top of the scalp, previously the results were not so encouraging using traditional FUE machine. There were two reasons behind that first, graph requirement is around 7000 groups to cover a medium size head that is grade 7 bald,second in such cases even after hair transplant scalp remains visible and client satisfaction is still lacking to some extent. To counter all these problems Dr Vikram has innovated his own neo platinum procedure by combining it with scalp micropigmentation. No in routine we are offering scalp micropigmentation along with new platinum hair transplant to give maximum density. Previously on a grade of zero to 10 client satisfaction used to lie around 5 to 6 which is now around 8:00 to 9:00. This can be very clearly seen in this video that if only hair transplant would have been done, density would not have been as fantastic as it is now.

Dr I started loosing obsene amount of hair right after a botched chemical straightening from a salon. My scalp is fine. I suspect the chemical was really harsh. The loss is all over scalp. It's been 5 months. The hairfall is not normal. However,i can see hair coming in each parting now. I'm taking homeopathic treatment for that as I didn't want to rely on minoxidil. Dermatologists say the straightening has triggered chronic talogen effluvium. Please let me know am I going the right way or should I take more aggressive step. Earlier it was really severe handful of strands. Now, it's up down. Someday, 60 or someday even 200.
