Yesterday a stalker flung me straight into the my teammates mech. When that didn’t work it flung me again and I literally kissed the bile spewer I landed into as it had just started its acid attack. Stalkers are the only ones I hate with a passion.

Can confirm that this loadout is one of the best against bugs, i have been using a variation of it for around a month now and can't find something it won't do. Though my version of the loadout consists of the b-1 supply pack to feed the flamethrower, everything else is the same. I call this loadout the pyro because just about everything you do with it centers around setting bugs on fire, though when using this loadout try to avoid turning your buddies into bbq.

@pandawithasthma I'm sorry, but after a few games I found it mostly useless. The eagles messed with each others inventory, the incendiary breaker hits like a wet sock, the flamethrower only causes damage to myself and other team mates, this setup makes me completely vulnerable to bile titans, maybe I just suck because I was continually getting spanked. The grenade pistol is great for bug holes though.

As a fire main for bug missions I can tell you a variable for the grenades. Instead of the impact incendiary (or for those who don't have it yet) the other amazing option can be the stun grenade as it will put a stop on every single enemy that is charging at you. You can rock the ammo crate for almost infinite nades or the shield with this option so you can handle chargers a lot easier. I rock this because I don't have the impact incendiary xd
For me the perfect combo for Bile Titan, that almost works every time is the orbital railcannon and rocket pods. Most of the time that combo works and can solo it while the others are handling the other bugs. I'll carry the Autocannon and backpack and if my rail is on cooldown, I can call the rocket pods twice on the Bile Titan and it will usually blow the shell off the top side. If I can get positoned right a few hits with the autocannon where the shell is missing will bring it down.
@@Gmannsaul94 Meh. A little fangirl-ish over that 500 KG aren't we? It isn't practical in my arsenal. With 370 hours in HD2 to hone in on my preferences, I think I like my setup just fine.
You can one shot biles with precision strike, which has basically 1/3 of the cooldown of the rail gun cannon. I see that the two you use are auto aim though so you will probably not get proper use out of precision.
@@DerpyDinosaurGTag Yes. I like that I can throw the Rail and the Pods while on the run, quick look back and throw it, and know that 98% of the time it'll lock and kill a Bile. Plus I also like that they will lock onto fast moving chargers whereas a 500KG and Precision is a lot less reliable unless you carry Stun grenades to lock them down for a few seconds or otherwise accurately throw the strategem slightly ahead in the approximate location you expect the Charger or Bile to be at as you're running. I've also started carrying a Spear and mixing it up between that and an Autocannon depending on the mood.
I’ve really enjoyed using the 110mm rocket pod strike. At this point I’m convinced that they do tracking on the biggest target near the beacon. They’re also super cool sounding and very quick to be deployed
-supply backpack -flamethrower - orbital rail Cannon strike - eagle napalm - breaker incendiary - grenade pistol - stun grenades - light armor with engineering perk for the extra grenades. Flamethrower for chargers, orbital rail Cannon plus grenade pistol for bile titans, breaker incendiary with what feels like unlimited ammo (backpack) for everything else. Grenade pistol is also great for bile spewers and defenders.

this loadout is pretty fire, I would run the incendiary breaker, shield pack, p-4 senator, default grenade, eagle 500, quasar cannon, and orbital railcannon. It still does the job but if the shield breaks and im circled then it's over. I would usually use my quasar cannon to prioritize chargers as I would aim for the armor plate on the head and it would kill them instantly. This loadout in the video though does far better
One of my friends mains this flame build, but with the energy shield instead of the jetpack. Can confirm, it *shreds* through most of the bugs, with Bile Titans just being finished off by our stratagems. My personal build usually involves an Arc Thrower, and I've gotten pretty good at using it against the Terminids. It can pretty much nullify large groups of Terminids, and it also deals enough damage to kill off the more heavily armored ones with just a few hits.
Dope fire themed loadout you should try this laser loadout is always my go to for bugs sickle primary, revolver secondary, quasar cannon, rover backpack for strategems railcannon/500kg
blitzer, laser dog, grenade pistol, EAT, eagle airstrike, autocannon sentry. lets you deal with massive hordes of pretty much anything; but need to rely a little on teammates for bile titans. its actually rare to hurt yourself with the guard dog if you pay attention to your camera angle and get used to it
i take the precision orbital strike over the 500kg , is more reliable since one shots the titans , and refresh faster, and on top of the fact if you equip 2 eagles you need to spend all for them to refresh or risk to refresh them early cuz you ran out of 500kg , so take the orbital and napalm
OH OH OH I HAVE A LOADOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! For guns, we take the grenade pistol (obviously), and pair it with the adjudicator on full auto (medium pen is so good). for stratagems take the eagle 500, the guard dog (mg one), and grenade launcher or just a spear. If you chose the spear, take orbital gas strike and eagle napalm or cluster bomb. if you picked the grenade launcher combo take eagle strafing run.
The loadout was actually pretty good, I would use the orbital railcannon or precision strike to replace the 500 kg or the napalm strike if someone else was also using it. I would use the stun grenades as well since it stops chargers from moving so I can aim at their legs easier rather than carrying the incendiary grenades. I was really trying to find the best loadout to deal with the bugs the best, but this loadout is now my favorite to deal with the bugs, so I thank you very much for the ideas. By the way, that outro was nice.
An excellent loadout ngl. I run the exact same weapons and armour and have since they released. The fire breaker is the best way to play bugs on 9s. As for stratagems, I love a railcannon strike. It's excellent for killing titans. The clusterbomb eagle obliterates large groups of small bugs and is the easiest way to get killstreaks. A mech is the best way to hold onto an objective or extraction while you wait for the terminal or pelican, but since we unlocked the emancipator an hour ago, i bring both it and the patriot - mechs for days. prior to the emancipator (which is the most fun stratagem in the whole game hands down) i'd bring either the 500kg or the laser rover. i love the flamethrower, but it sets me on fire way to many times. keep up the great videos my dude.
I totally agree with you ! I allready use almost the same loadout as in your video, but still there are some great tips I did not think of like the pistol. Napalm and flamethrower are my absolute favorites angainst bugs 🔥🔥🔥 Also your video really made laugh out loud 😂
i recently bought the light armor with +2 stims and increased duration, and have had a great time running that in bug missions also, you can shoot the floor with the flame thrower for a millisecond and then dive to do a tiny bit of chip damage to yourself, letting yourself stim to replenish your stamina. useful for when you need to cross the map
My main build with terminds Primary: fire shotgun Secondary: revolver Grenade: stun Armor: Any mendium medic armor Stratagems: Autocannon Gatling sentry Autocannon sentry Orbital gas strike Easily get most kills in any match on helldive. I rely on my buddy to have stuff for charger and titan while i focus on every other enemy.
The Quasar takes out Bile Titans & Chargers in one shot when aiming at their heads or legs correctly. It even takes out spores, bug holes, etc from across the map.
I run a really similar kit, with the shield to stop slow, the sicle because it has range and i never need to reload, and stun grenades to hold the chargers in place. It's more of a team support loadout than a solo one, because I can range mobs attacking squadmates with my primary and I can halt chargers coming at them too. Plus, a stun on a breach then a napalm is golden 🔥
Hello! Love the loadout. Recently tried a same loadout but with some Stun Grenades and medium medic armor to keep me alive. I dont have the grenade pistol jet, so closing bug holes is difficult, but that are teammates for. I wish they could give the flames a blu napalm color once u havae upgraded the ship module. I think it would look insane.
I use the same loadout with the exception of the primary weapon. I prefer the Punisher Plasma over the Breaker Incendiary but the latter is nonetheless highly effective against bugs.
I run almost the same load out. The only things I swap is napalm for eagle airstrike due to being able to still keel chargers and dmg BT and holes and shrieker nest and spores. Napalm can only keel small bugs but will not 1 hit chargers or close holes the rest above mentioned ^. If you have 3 chargers waiting at the next post for you, throw eagle airstrike and it’ll take them all out. Napalm won’t do that. I also swap the flamethrower for the quasar. Quasar is just too good to long distance shoot BT, 1 hit chargers, shoot shriker nest and spores. Flame thrower can take out chargers and small bugs but cannot do what the quasar does ^. The breaker incendiary already goes a good job at clearing the trash bugs. I don’t think there’s a need for napalm or thrower when thats the only reasons to bring them. I also swap the jumpback for shield generator. Shield generator is just too good specially because 1) tank more dmg 2) reduce explosion dmg 3) prevents slows. The jump pack CD is much too long and I find myself still surrounded by bugs once I have used it. (Useless imo and shield generator just has too many pros).
I was pretty much running this today besides the armor and pistol and it's already amazing without the fire bridge upgrade. I will try the light armor to see if it's better than medic armor
For the Terminids i use: Fire Shotgun and for couple of days the grenade pistole and i take the stun grenades. For Stratagems i use the 500kg, quasar cannon (for titans and the amor things that runs towards you the fat suckers), jump pack and the holy Tesla tower (it lasers them all except the titans and the fat suckers), The Booster is the sprinting booster. Amor is the light amor with radar scans very useful cause u are invisible almost just lay on the ground if you dont like to fight every patrol. Hf testing it out if u like too.
eyyyy 69th comment but here's my idea that I use cus I'm on a low end laptop helldiving I call it the Suicide-Surviving Heavy Bug Killer. *Loadout* - Incid Shotty - Impact Incid - Nade Pistol *Armor* - Any that increase survivability (light/medium) *Stratagems* - 500kg (w/ ship upgrade) - Orbital Railcannon - Shield Backpack - [Optional Slot: Laser, Precision Orbital, 120mm, or 380mm] *Playstyle* Lure away titans from teammates by peppering with shotgun. Be in medium distance from a titan, call in 500kg on position until it arrives. If enemy horde comes, bonus but keep them away so your shield keeps up and protects from explosion. Orbital Railcannon if solo chargers or if no 500kg to titan. Call seaf mini nuke on yourself if possible. Shoot damaged hellbomb next to you if many titans. Stay in shrieker nest to defend hellbomb. Survive charger charges and use shotty if no stratagems on butt. TL;DR - Get up close, have no concern for your life, explode yourself on the enemy. Boom!
John Rambo in Vietnam Build: Stratagems: Eagle Napalm, Precision Orbital Strike, MG-43, Ammopack Loadout: Liberator or Adjudicator, Grenade Pistol or Any, Any Grenade(Stun personally), Armor all you like.
Not a full layout, but light armor + grenade launcher + jetpack basically turns you into a bug hole closing machine. Ran out of stamina and the bugs are chasing you? Deal some damage to yourself, pop a stimpack and continue running forever!
I used to run this loadout too except shieldpack instead of jet pack and I prefer the padded light instead of +2 nades for team and scout for solo. But I swapped napalm for gas strike and I think the loadout got better quite a bit. First of fire dot + fire dot = 1 fire dot instead fire dot + gas dot = 2 dots. Second I want 500kg to start cd instantly when I deplete them and not finding myself without answers because eagles are rearming; the gas strike cd is very low. Third the usage of napalm you make in the video (dropping it on bug breaches) can also be done with gas as it lingers quite a bit. Then there is the argument that impact explosive nades are a better answer to bile spewers than inciendiary and sometimes I swap them and I am still unsure which is better. Except for these things your loadout looks quite similar to mine.
I do really wish precision strike, and other orbitals, were slightly lower on cooldown. I still take it over the 500kg. It's just so fun to use and I love kiting enemies directly into it's shot.
My solo bug build is gas strike, eagle air strike, quasar cannon…. And the guard dog laser…. Has stole cause it’s a god send, stupid fast reload time and kills basically everything. Place it on a breach, it can destroy the renegade lab thing if you throw it right. Can be swapped for napalm strike but I just like the speed of the gas. I don’t have grenade pistol so the airstrike is on of my nest killers. And impact grenades to clear the rest and using blue stratagems hellpods aswell. Quasar cannon, I’m fine handling hordes of bugs so I opted for this instead of the flame thrower because it can take out bug nests, chargers, spore spewers, shrieker nests and a handful of hatchery eggs. 1 shots chargers with good aim, no reload, and 3-5 shots to the head of a titan kill it combined with airstrike titans aren’t a massive problem. Finaly… the guard dog. It has saved my ass more than a few times from lone hunters, or bug swarmed and I need to reload. I haven’t died to it much, maybe 3 times. I’ve learned how to not get killed by it. Equipment, just a quick fire weapon, most things work well. This struggles slightly against spewers. The airstrike can handle swarms of spewers and impacts can handle a lone one… it’s just when airstrike is on cooldown… it’s a game of running away

One thing I feel you leave out is a option of what's viable at lower levels or early starters, I've found the Gatling Sentry and EAT Launcher to be super useful. The EAT well versed in quickly taking out Chargers reliably with a good shot to its face whilst practically getting another one from the second one dropped or the quick reload time and able to call it in quickly, not always the best but truth be told in my experience, much better than the Recoiless in both convenience and operation. The Gatling Sentry is great as it just wipes out hoards of bugs and can quickly cut down countless lightly armoured bugs with ease, complimented easily with the ammo buff, the only concern should be its positioning where you want it to have a clear line of sight towards the enemies direction without having a reason to look at where you and the lads are present and being in a position to avoid both targeting chargers and being hit by them, today alone I got a 68 kill streak thanks to it.

Breaker incendiary is crap,... Most players tend to shoot rather teammates as to actually killing bugs.

I've heard that the 500kg does damage in an upward cone. This would explain why landing a bomb on a titan doesn't kill it sometimes.
I’m not sure if that’s true? I’ll look into it but I’ve never had issues with it dealing damage until they made it a mission stratagem last week.

I totally agree with you ! I allready use almost the same loadout as in your video, but still there are some great tips I did not think of like the pistol. Napalm and flamethrower are my absolute favorites angainst bugs 🔥🔥🔥 Also your video really made laugh out loud 😂

i recently bought the light armor with +2 stims and increased duration, and have had a great time running that in bug missions
also, you can shoot the floor with the flame thrower for a millisecond and then dive to do a tiny bit of chip damage to yourself, letting yourself stim to replenish your stamina.
useful for when you need to cross the map

The Quasar takes out Bile Titans & Chargers in one shot when aiming at their heads or legs correctly. It even takes out spores, bug holes, etc from across the map.
Quasar would be my go-to after my flamethrower, i guess im a sucker for burning the terminids!
Never had quasar kill a bile titan in 1 shot. Not too sure about that one

I run a really similar kit, with the shield to stop slow, the sicle because it has range and i never need to reload, and stun grenades to hold the chargers in place. It's more of a team support loadout than a solo one, because I can range mobs attacking squadmates with my primary and I can halt chargers coming at them too. Plus, a stun on a breach then a napalm is golden 🔥
Hello! Love the loadout. Recently tried a same loadout but with some Stun Grenades and medium medic armor to keep me alive. I dont have the grenade pistol jet, so closing bug holes is difficult, but that are teammates for. I wish they could give the flames a blu napalm color once u havae upgraded the ship module. I think it would look insane.
I use the same loadout with the exception of the primary weapon. I prefer the Punisher Plasma over the Breaker Incendiary but the latter is nonetheless highly effective against bugs.
Build:
- dominator
- grenade pistol
- laser rover backpack
- flamethrower
- 500kg
- orbital gas strike (assuming no atmospheric interference)
I bring the supply pack to almost every mission so that i never run out of any of my supplies

I run almost the same load out. The only things I swap is napalm for eagle airstrike due to being able to still keel chargers and dmg BT and holes and shrieker nest and spores. Napalm can only keel small bugs but will not 1 hit chargers or close holes the rest above mentioned ^. If you have 3 chargers waiting at the next post for you, throw eagle airstrike and it’ll take them all out. Napalm won’t do that. I also swap the flamethrower for the quasar. Quasar is just too good to long distance shoot BT, 1 hit chargers, shoot shriker nest and spores. Flame thrower can take out chargers and small bugs but cannot do what the quasar does ^. The breaker incendiary already goes a good job at clearing the trash bugs. I don’t think there’s a need for napalm or thrower when thats the only reasons to bring them. I also swap the jumpback for shield generator. Shield generator is just too good specially because 1) tank more dmg 2) reduce explosion dmg 3) prevents slows. The jump pack CD is much too long and I find myself still surrounded by bugs once I have used it. (Useless imo and shield generator just has too many pros).

I was pretty much running this today besides the armor and pistol and it's already amazing without the fire bridge upgrade. I will try the light armor to see if it's better than medic armor

For the Terminids i use:
Fire Shotgun and for couple of days the grenade pistole and i take the stun grenades.
For Stratagems i use the 500kg, quasar cannon (for titans and the amor things that runs towards you the fat suckers), jump pack and the holy Tesla tower
(it lasers them all except the titans and the fat suckers), The Booster is the sprinting booster.
Amor is the light amor with radar scans very useful cause u are invisible almost just lay on the ground if you dont like to fight every patrol.
Hf testing it out if u like too.
imo the most underated thing in the game rn is the gas strike, its insanely good in a bunch of scenarios

I call it the Suicide-Surviving Heavy Bug Killer.

- Nade Pistol
*Armor*
- Any that increase survivability (light/medium)
*Stratagems*
- 500kg (w/ ship upgrade)
- Orbital Railcannon
- Shield Backpack
- [Optional Slot: Laser, Precision Orbital, 120mm, or 380mm]
*Playstyle*
Lure away titans from teammates by peppering with shotgun. Be in medium distance from a titan, call in 500kg on position until it arrives. If enemy horde comes, bonus but keep them away so your shield keeps up and protects from explosion. Orbital Railcannon if solo chargers or if no 500kg to titan. Call seaf mini nuke on yourself if possible. Shoot damaged hellbomb next to you if many titans. Stay in shrieker nest to defend hellbomb. Survive charger charges and use shotty if no stratagems on butt.
TL;DR - Get up close, have no concern for your life, explode yourself on the enemy. Boom!

Not a full layout, but light armor + grenade launcher + jetpack basically turns you into a bug hole closing machine. Ran out of stamina and the bugs are chasing you? Deal some damage to yourself, pop a stimpack and continue running forever!
Can't believe I haven't thought to aim the flamethrower at the charger's legs.

I used to run this loadout too except shieldpack instead of jet pack and I prefer the padded light instead of +2 nades for team and scout for solo.
But I swapped napalm for gas strike and I think the loadout got better quite a bit.
First of fire dot + fire dot = 1 fire dot instead fire dot + gas dot = 2 dots.
Second I want 500kg to start cd instantly when I deplete them and not finding myself without answers because eagles are rearming; the gas strike cd is very low.
Third the usage of napalm you make in the video (dropping it on bug breaches) can also be done with gas as it lingers quite a bit.
Then there is the argument that impact explosive nades are a better answer to bile spewers than inciendiary and sometimes I swap them and I am still unsure which is better.
Except for these things your loadout looks quite similar to mine.

I do really wish precision strike, and other orbitals, were slightly lower on cooldown. I still take it over the 500kg. It's just so fun to use and I love kiting enemies directly into it's shot.

My solo bug build is gas strike, eagle air strike, quasar cannon…. And the guard dog laser….
Has stole cause it’s a god send, stupid fast reload time and kills basically everything. Place it on a breach, it can destroy the renegade lab thing if you throw it right. Can be swapped for napalm strike but I just like the speed of the gas.
I don’t have grenade pistol so the airstrike is on of my nest killers. And impact grenades to clear the rest and using blue stratagems hellpods aswell.
Quasar cannon, I’m fine handling hordes of bugs so I opted for this instead of the flame thrower because it can take out bug nests, chargers, spore spewers, shrieker nests and a handful of hatchery eggs. 1 shots chargers with good aim, no reload, and 3-5 shots to the head of a titan kill it combined with airstrike titans aren’t a massive problem.
Finaly… the guard dog. It has saved my ass more than a few times from lone hunters, or bug swarmed and I need to reload. I haven’t died to it much, maybe 3 times. I’ve learned how to not get killed by it.
Equipment, just a quick fire weapon, most things work well.
This struggles slightly against spewers. The airstrike can handle swarms of spewers and impacts can handle a lone one… it’s just when airstrike is on cooldown… it’s a game of running away

I like to use the orbital gas strike for bug breaches and large hordes, it might not be the best but it’s how I like to clear terminid swarms

I struggle witht he Bile Spewers with using the Flame thrower.
One thing I feel you leave out is a option of what's viable at lower levels or early starters, I've found the Gatling Sentry and EAT Launcher to be super useful. The EAT well versed in quickly taking out Chargers reliably with a good shot to its face whilst practically getting another one from the second one dropped or the quick reload time and able to call it in quickly, not always the best but truth be told in my experience, much better than the Recoiless in both convenience and operation. The Gatling Sentry is great as it just wipes out hoards of bugs and can quickly cut down countless lightly armoured bugs with ease, complimented easily with the ammo buff, the only concern should be its positioning where you want it to have a clear line of sight towards the enemies direction without having a reason to look at where you and the lads are present and being in a position to avoid both targeting chargers and being hit by them, today alone I got a 68 kill streak thanks to it.

@@voin5371 fully understandable, but if your looking to get the other warbonds and the weapons inside them, you can farm supercredits very easily, will just take a bit of time. I made a quick video about that but till then, I will work on beginner friendly content.
