- Let's take the Wired Freedom out for a Sunday mid-morning roll.
We'll ride through a few local shopping centers, the ASU West University campus, and check out a car show.
This is a good video to showcase what riding a 'faster' ebike is like.
Enjoy, and thanks for watching.

The first minute "make sure we obey all the laws" 10 minutes in...blowing through stop signs lol it reminds me of trying to be good playing Grand Theft Auto.....i love it, keep up the good videos🤣👍
Looks like you had a good time. It was a great weekend for it. Thanks for posting.
Yeah fun for sure, Mark. Probably ride again today! Get U one. RUGER
I hear you, 36 hour days would be perfect
Thanks for sharing I have the exact same bike I take it out whenever I can and weather permitting
Enjoy! RUGER
I'm a gearhead, fat and old too 😅Love how the wired freedom is setup dirt bike style. Fast lil bugger. Problem for me is my short inseam. No other Ebikes out there with 20x4 wheels and that type of power? not the moped/motorcycle style neither. I have a motorcycle already.
I have not seen a 20x4 with any balls, yet. Bummer. RUGER
I found a chinese special for about a grand called the X20 and its pretty torque'y, tops at 35mph, sometimes faster and has a huge 35ah battery but its a 48v and it does resemble a motorcycle, which is my main reason for picking up a Freedom! Im not recomending it, esp over a Freedom but its pretty good for what it is!
Once you try a 60v full suspension bike, you will never want a 48v bike again. I feel sorry for all those people who don’t know what they are missing. 48v is for little girls.
I long for a 72v bike now! RUGER
Dude you sound like a radio Dj 😂
Ha Ha thanks 😁😁 RUGER
I find SRP canals banks are a lot of fun, take you anywhere you want and go on for miles. As long as you don't fall in the water..
Ha ha - yeah, for sure! RUGER
You should try the SurRon.
I'd like to but it's simply terrible value per dollar. Hey, if I was rich? No prob. RUGER
thanks for taking the time to post this bike, and your trip,, so how long was the ride as in miles and how heavy are you and the price for this e bike
Thanks - not sure, probably 10 - 14 miles total, 220lbs, about $2300 shipped. RUGER
72 volts sound fun
I totally agree! It would be nice if an ebike company gave us the option at a reasonable price. RUGER
Are the thorns as bad as Colorado? Have you had many flats or need slime or Tannus inserts or anything?
Yeah we have goatheads which are terrible. I only run slime. Have not suffered a flat on this bike yet. Tannus too expensive and heavy IMHO. RUGER
you are certifiable....LOL
Or exercising with you brother
"I can say fatness because I'm fat" Prove it! Lol
I hear you on not wanting a bike that looks like a motorcycle. Kinda defeats the purpose. Whole point of an e-bike is to be accepted as a bicycle so you can ride it everywhere. If it looks like a motorcycle, sure I can lprove it's an e-bike and that I can legally ride it there, but I'd rather avoid the drama of having that fact contested in the first place. And I also just prefer the way a bike feels. Also agreed on the handlebars, I'd rather be able to sit upright with higher handlebars, and not lean all the way over on low bars.
Ha Ha for sure! Thanks, RUGER
hey what bag is that on the rear ?
It's a WOTOW brand off Amazon. The 8L version. RUGER
Get yourself some tire liners and you will never get a flat
Definitely considering it...... RUGER
Senior citizen at 50 did you say wait till you’re 69, really not much difference except your bills are bigger and your pocketbook is smaller.
Ha yes, I'd love to be 50 again 😁😁 RUGER
what was the bike?
Look up Wired. RUGER
What’s your top speed?
Good question,, maybe 43? Late night with GoPro missing.... don't we seem to be our best when the camera is conveniently absent?
Ha a ha, RUGER.
@@RugersLastResorthow much do you weigh? If you don’t mind sharing.
No mind here....220 l b s. RUGER
Uh?😂
I wouldn't want to do more than 30 miles an hour on E bike
Dude, what you're riding ain't an e-bike. An e-bike is an electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC) which is equipped with an electric motor to assist a rider when they are pedalling because if it doesn't require the rider to pedal, it ought correctly be classified as a motorcycle or moped. What you and most Americans ride can best be described as an "electric motorcycle or moped" because it does not require the rider to pedal. This difference may at first glance appear to be insignificant but it's a very crucial one.
But isn't he pedaling it?
You can't pedal a motorcycle and a moped is gas powered, not electric.😊
Are you jelly bro? 😏
