    If the pizza sticks to the peel, the solution is quite simple. Pinch a part of the made pizza on the peel and blow underneath it. A trick I learned in the pizza business (don't do it in front of the customer 😅). Doesn't matter, it's high temperature!

    Cooles Video, hab seit 2 Wochen meinen Effe N3 und liebe ihn echt. Was du sagst stimmt so: Der Biscotto ist echt idiotensicher. So viel einfacher zu operieren als der Ooni 12. Cooles Teigrezept, muss ich mal ausprobieren.

    Hi Thanks for the vid. why didn't buy the new model of this oven. most of your problem will be solved

  • @neomod3

    Nice video! But you have to remove the original cordierite stone in order to use de Saputo biscotto one ;).
    You can also make a mod to move the light bulb and get the extra space back.

      @Bbarm97 Před 2 lety

      can you tell me how you do the mod for the light bulb. is there a replacement glass that i can put instead. id love to do this. i didnt remove the original stone as it is much smaller than the area, i thought it could cause damage to the heating element

    • @neomod3
      @neomod3 Před 2 lety

      @@Bbarm97 There is a lot of version of the light bulb mod, some replace the glass but its not a perfect fit, some drill the side and make a new offset metal support inside the insulation and some buy a new square bulb like the 509 version but its a bit expensive . You can find a lot of tutorial around forum for this mod and other mod like PID , better insulation, bypass mod ...
      Using a peel like a PalaVesuvius or a PALAMAJELLA to maximise your pizza size and making it easier to launch on the small space of the oven. I don't know if the light bulb would be an issue tho
      If your Biscotto is the original one that came with the oven it's should be ok for the heating element to touch the stone. I was worried also about this and everyone told me that it was fine.

      @@neomod3 i have a 33 cm aluminum peel as well but due to the bulb it doesn't fit well. ill find a replacement glass and see how it works with that

    I like the video. I am considering this oven but before I jump into it could you advise how is the pizza texture as compared to the o fire licking oven. Thanks

    • @Bbarm97
      @Bbarm97 Před rokem

      fire ovens are harder to control but give more pleasure to make the pizza. effeuno is easier to use

    Wie schwer sind deine Pizzaballen beim formen? 280 gramm oder mehr? und wie groß sind deine Pizzen?

    • @Bbarm97
      @Bbarm97 Před rokem

      ja 280 aber abhängig vom mehl kann man runter gehen. wenn der mehl extra fluffig ist wie nuvola mache ich so 260 gramm aber gleich groß damit es nicht so viel aufgeht wie contemporary

    i see that every effeuno have issue with the top heater on the left side. it bends downward.The old version of the oven also has a nonsensically solved lamp housing system that makes it significantly more difficult to slide a spatula and pizza onto the stone.

    • @Bbarm97
      @Bbarm97 Před 2 lety

      very true. max 30 cm due to the lamp
